Salon is nice, trendy and spacious. The front desk assistant is polite and professional. An appt is encouraged but not necessary. The wait was momentary. I had basic pedicure and manicure services, only because I had never been to this salon and read the reviews so I didn't want to spend much. I was never offered a beverage upon arrival to the seating areas. I did notice customers receiving the more expensive services received drinks/alcohol immediately. The staff performing the services were pleasant although not the best trained. I think it definitely makes a difference if you are a regular. Some of the staff were walking around or sitting at empty stations looking at their phones and making a bit of a raucous while customers were seated and waiting. I didn't notice a manager but would think if they were present maybe it would have been different. The price for services, especially the pedicures, are high and the value/outcome is mediocre i.e. my nails were different lengths and not filed smoothly. Also, they use community files and buffers for pedicures and manicures which is unsanitary. The tools were in sterile packaging. Upon checkout, the assistant was friendly. The machine has an option for tipping which should be more discreet. Overall, this salon is ok if you're in a pinch but don't have high expectations, especially if you're not a regular. read more

Decided to get my nails done here after a friend told me they did nail art. Mistake. I made an appointment but wasn't seen until 30 minutes later (i should have left). When i finally was attended to I felt like the lady was trying to rush to get me done. She ended up cutting my skin and when i told her she shrugged it off until i started bleeding. The lady who did my nails was very nice, but the ambience of the place was not inviting. It felt like if you weren't a regular they didn't want you in there. I have NEVER had my nails come out so bad before and it was EXPENSIVE. The nail art seemed half-assed and did not look like what i asked for. ALSO if you're looking for a place that takes COVID precautions seriously this is not the place. One of the nail techs was never wearing his mask and they did not enforce if people walked in without a mask.
