I waited over 30 minutes before finally asking an employee what my order number was. He wasn't sure how to help, so he called what I assume were the managers. They eventually gave me my drink, only for me to realize it was a small, despite me having paid for a large. I then spent another 10 minutes watching the employees go back and forth with each other, and they still couldn't come up with a solution or give me the large drink I had already paid for. At that point, I told them it was fine and asked if I could simply get my money back. I spent approximately 40 minutes dealing with this just to end up walking out without receiving what I paid for. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication, problem-solving, and basic customer service made this experience extremely disappointing. Terrible customer service.
