I didn't successfully get promoted off the waitlist for only 1 class. It was a little stressful just waiting for a notification all the way up to class time. I feel there should be some policy where maybe an hour before the waitlist gets a notification that the class attendance is final? Idk, something to make it less of a waiting game. I do have a flexible schedule so it's easier for me to drop everything if I'm pulled off the waitlist. I've recommend Pilates to family members and one even took an intro class. However, they seemed to have changed promotions since I started and are no longer offering $0 or low enrollment fee with a 4 class pack. So unfortunately they did not gain a new customer. It's not cheap but I find that it's worth it for what I'm looking for. I highly recommend at least trying it out!

I have been a member of this community since it opened. Hotworx was my favorite place to go for stress relief, detoxing, alone time after work and weekend peace. Now, I have to make myself go because I am paying for the membership and feel guilty if I don't go. It all has to do with the staff. I'm completely surprised by the way the owners have allowed this new manager to create social media with her tatas out every time she posts something. The content she puts out is just distasteful and her husband in every video- it's very off putting and not "on brand". It reflects poorly on the company. The other young man is social awkward and I don't feel comfortable with him. He doesn't know how to interact with people, he bombards new signees the minute they walk out of the sauna, right in the middle of the isle and immediately asks what membership they want? What a turn off! Yet, if he is close to his lunch hour or it's too soon to closing time and someone new wants to sign up, he tells them he's off and to come back tomorrow. I, personally, have never felt comfortable with him being there if I'm alone at the studio because of his awkward presence, lack of knowledge and social skills. I don't know how a business has gone through so many different employees in such a short period. Additionally, this new staff doesn't seem to have the work ethic to clean and maintain the same level of sanitation that the previous staff has always done. I've only seen them sit or stand at the front desk. I've had to clean broken toenails out of my sauna AND I had left my sweater in a cubby for a week and no one had noticed it!

I had tried massage and chiropractic, but realized that I needed to work on my core strengthening to help resolve my issues. The instructors at Puget Sound Pilates are fantastic and really know what they're doing. They were able to identify issues that I needed to work on and carefully tailor a program for me that not only helped my back pain but helped make me stronger and healthier in general. I'm still working with the staff now and look forward to my weekly sessions. I'm extremely grateful to Val and the other instructors there for providing such a great service.

We laughed and pushed through the class & she was very encouraging/personable which helped. I felt every part of my body activate like never before with any other exercise I've tried. I've done kickboxing in the past, but definitely enjoy this more even though I'm new to it. I try to do everything but the gym haha! So I'm so happy I gave this studio a try. I'll be sore tomorrow for sure but definitely excited to attend more classes.

The instructor, Dany Galindo, was funny, energetic, and motivating! The only issue was that the class was extremely full at maximum occupancy. We all had to squeeze in very close to each other which made it difficult to complete the session without bumping into another person. I think this was due to the fact that a lot of people dropped in and did not make their reservation on the app which was unfortunate. They truly need to rent out a larger studio to accomodate their high customer traffic. Thus, I would classify this business as a FunToFit®. I had gotten some free classes that brought me in to…read moretry them once, but then I got hooked and became a (non-regular) paying customer (this location was too far from me for it to be regular, but I liked this location more than other ones I had tried, so mentally I would've been a regular there if I could've). I have gone to countless different gyms and boutique fitness businesses but this one hit a little differently. Maybe the extra light in the studio helps, maybe it is their fantastic staff - from the door to the floor - but it all made me happy and feel more content with my day once I went. Its been a little minute since I've been, but just wanted to randomly drop by this review in case anyone has been wondering whether to check it out or not. The instructors are amazing and so bada**, I wish I could have their endurance to talk and workout so hard at the same time! Having tried many other classes, no one has beaten my experience with them because they are so in tune with their clients and knowledgeable in helping you find the adjustments you need if you want them, which other places lack.
