This is the second time I've had a very bad experience here at Tanger outlet in front pacsun…read morelocation. The first time, they actually overcharged me. They have promotions that customers are not aware of, and those promotions are not clearly available in the Store. They explain them in a misleading way for example, saying you can get another item for half the price, when in reality it is supposed to be free. They then use that promotion and keep half of your money. This most recent experience was yesterday, December 14, at around 6:55 pm. I had a free cinnamon or original pretzel promotion, and the cashier told me I had to buy one in order to get the free one. I told her that was not what the promotion said. After that, she said, "Fine, we'll give it to you," but in a way that made it seem like I was wrong, when I wasn't. The service is very poor, and the employees are rude and unprofessional. The way they treat customers feels discriminatory and racist. They make you feel uncomfortable, like they're doing you a favor by selling you something, instead of providing basic customer service. If it weren't for the fact that my kids love this food, I would never come back.
