I'm writing a review for the Swig on Brown and Gilbert. Each time I go I'm stuck in line, because someone is randomly having a conversation for 15-20 minutes, while people have to go to work. I tried one more time, and a girl in front ordered 5 drinks, stuck again for 15 minutes, instead of having her park...she held up the entire line for 20 mins. The staff is young, and does not understand how to keep lines moving or how the nature of business works :( It's def. an issue and won't be going back. read more

Just came through for our first time and we received the best customer service and yummiest drinks!! I so so wish I caught the gal's name who helped us out but she was so energetic and patient with us. If you get the chance to interact with this rockstar she had short hair, glasses, and really cool piercings. Hopefully management knows who I'm talking about and gives her a shout out!! I'm a big Sprite Zero fan and settled on a sprite zero with sugar free coconut syrup, fresh limes, and coconut cream. My partner settled on the shark attack with Sprite Zero. This gem of a woman threw in a free cookie and helped us pick out a super cute Stanley style mug (which gives you discounts on each visit) The interaction alone is enough to bring us back! if you are planning on going I highly recommend checking out their online menu to familiarize yourself with all your options but if you can't the workers will guide you through their menu no problem. read more

Went in ordered 7 drinks. Got the order read back to us and it was and all correct. Got our order and none of the drinks were labeled so we had to figure out which drink was what. Found out that 4 of the drinks were not even what we ordered and the ones that were the correct drink were in the wrong size. I mean at least we got 7 drinks and that's what we ordered read more

They thought about a drive-by drink shop, something they both agreed could be successful. Swig has since expanded into multiple states and has quickly become thousands of people's go-to place for drinks and sweets! You can a get a large variety of mixology drinks that the whole family can enjoy. I went with a sparking water with a little twist. This location used to be an old gas station so the location is super cute. I suggest coming here for a family gathering or just to get yourself a "Swig". We showed at 6:35pm on a Sunday. This locations hours are on the front door and says it closes at 7:00 pm on Sundays. All the chairs were already turned over and put up. When we walked in, one of the employees said "I'm sorry I've got some bad news, our lobby actually closed 5 minutes ago, but our drive through is still open". So we literally walked out and went through the drive through (we wanted a swig soda that bad). Awful customer service to force customers out of your business to go through the drive through where you are still going to make drinks! I love swig.. but nope! read more

Teenage daughters walked down to swig in the heat, and the lobby was closed, but the girl told them to go around back to order. So they waited in the car line so they could get their drinks. Probably not the safest idea to be walking through a drive through with cars in front and behind. They got up to order and the guy taking orders said he couldn't serve them because they weren't in a car. So even though it was open, the would not let the girls have drinks even after all that. Open the lobby for goodness gracious. Or have a walk up window at MINIMUM but it is freaking hot and you serve drinks and had a lobby that was great pre-covid, why not use that? read more

Large variety of sodas, flavored waters, and other drinks. Also, there's hot chocolate and sugar/chocolate chip cookies. I don't drink soda and am off sugar, but there are still drinks for me: refreshers. Love it! Doesn't deserve five stars because the indoor shop has been closed for years. Pulled in at 8:51 sat in the drive thru line for 9 mins .. get to the window and the guy says oh I'm sorry it's 9 we're closed. ARE U KIDDING ME? How about you go close off your drive thru lane with cones at 9 and honor everyone already in line. That is such BAD customer service. I won't go back to that one. read more

So I usually love this swig and I come here all the time. But I am currently in line, one car behind the car at the window, and the girl ordering must have worked here previously or something because she chatted for five minutes with the girl taking orders about where she's going to school now, how much they make, random stuff. And then chatted AGAIN with the girl handing out the drinks at the window for forever. Why am I waiting in the Swig line for 15 minutes? By the time I got my drink, which only takes a ten second interaction MAX, there was a line around the building again, at least 8 cars. Maybe I'm just in a bad mood, but that's really annoying. If you want to chat, go inside. I was tempted to yell out the window and ask for my drink but I decided that I didn't want to inconvenience anyone, which is a lot more socially acceptable than what the workers tonight put me through. Like wtf. Dutch is right down the street and they are supposed to chat with you, and I've never seen such inconsideration. I hope they have some sort of team meeting or something about this. Drinks are good, but the cups and lids leak badly, making a mess every time. Hoping they switch back to foam cups, the clear plastic cups are no good. For a drink place, they should have that part down cold. read more

It was our first visit & I'm not sure we'll bother going again. The dining room is apparently closed due to staffing issues so drive thru only. You could have probably told their were staffing issues either way. When we got there there wasn't much of a line but it still took what seemed like forever. The person taking orders was actually great. Made good suggestions, was very personable & quick. When we finally got to the window though things got weird. I know how busy it can get in drive thru food service but the two staff members inside didn't seem busy at all. The one at the window had left the window open and they appeared to just be chatting. I wasn't acknowledged until I was handed the first of our drinks (which was incorrect). After that I had to remind the server we still had 3 other drinks coming. Had to ask for a drink carrier, straws, even had to remind server they hadn't taken my money yet. She just kept saying have a great day after each step. Like yeah, I want to after you take my money & give me the drinks. After that the wait made sense. In the end the drinks were just ok. I guess I'll stick with coffee. read more

A very interesting concept that they got going on here. Their menu consists of different sodas that are mixed with different flavorings and creams. They honestly had a lot of drinks that sounded good, but we decided to go with the Riptide, which was Sprite mixed with raspberry puree. It was cool because you knew that they actually used a fresh raspberry puree because you would get the raspberry seeds when drinking it. I feel like they have a somewhat smaller market that they are targeting too but nonetheless at least they are doing it right. I would come back. read more

We saw the adorable place from the street and had to stop in. There are couches and tables for customers to hang out at, both indoors and outdoors. The set up is really nice! There were so many flavors to choose from. The guy behind the counter suggested the Fruit Ninja....DELICIOUS! It is made of Sprite with strawberry, peach and watermelon syrup. The drink was perfectly sweet and fresh. I purchased the 24 oz for $2.75 .....It was worth it! I will be coming back for sure! read more

I actually stopped here because of the corndog truck that was parked out front and while I was waiting for my food I decided to go inside and see what this place was about. One of the employees explained how everything worked and helped me pick out a drink. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I'm not generally a fan of sodas with lots of weird extra flavors but I would definitely go back here again. The corndog truck outside is a nice bonus too if they're there. read more

I'm sure all of the other treats here are amazing but I do not recommend the boba. The tapioca pearls were not cooked all the way through and my daughter said the mango flavor was gross. I had the Thai coconut which I did like but not worth drinking without the boba part of it. We both ended up just tossing both in the trash when we got home. Waist of $10. read more
