I had 2 to-go order experiences within 3 weeks and one turned out great, but unfortunately the other was not well. Hence, the 4-star rating. The first time was a quick one with just an ice cream and no problem there. Brought back some nostalgic memories. The second time was an online order. Unfortunately, the crew missed it and didn't see the order until I showed up. I applaud them for their recovery and thankfully it was only a few minutes extra to wait. The lady who took our order for the drive thru was not warm nir did she seem to want to take our order. We took about five seconds to decide on what to get yet she seems super annoyed. The man at the window redeemed our faith in quality customer service, however, my moms banana split had a DROP of chocolate in it and my fudge sundae was really just vanilla ice cream and didn't have the proper amount of fudge. Came here to try the new Garlic Parmesan chicken tenders box. This sauce was pretty addictive and smooth and the tenders were crunchy and tender. I got the gravy to dip, but it really isn't needed. TExas toast and fries were good enough as always. Not a bad lunch for $10 for the 4 piece. read more

Drove thru and ordered a chocolate dip cone a few minutes ago. The ice cream fell into the chocolate when the 1st employee dipped it. 2nd employee scooped ice cream out of chocolate and got chocolate on her hand. Then I watched her dip her hand into some kind of liquid in an open red bucket sitting on top of the trash can. She then shook her hand several times flinging the liquid everywhere, then wiped her hand on the back & side of her jeans -- and then with her ungloved, unwashed, not even properly dry hands still wet from some sort of chemical sanitizer -- she made my dipped ice cream cone. A 3rd employee came to the window to tell me my total. I asked what the stuff was in the red bucket. She said "sanitizer" and asked why. I explained what I had witnessed. She said "oh, well we can remake it" I said no thanks and drove away. I will never trust their hygiene practices again. read more

I have never dined inside of a DQ but my kids insisted today and I must say it was a very pleasant and cozy experience! They had it decorated with the Xmas holiday theme and I loved it. I have never been so appalled by customer service as I was this evening! We were a group of 7 and entered the store at 9:12 p.m. , knowing the store closed at 10:00pm. We were only ordering ice cream for some and I order of french fries was placed. Upon beginning to order, Carson asked if we could eat outside, as he had already washed down the tables. He repeated this, as we were in disbelief of such a request. We offered to clean the tables when we're finish, but we did not want to sit outside. He then reluctantly relented and proceeded to fulfill the orders. There's a closing time of 10:00p.m. clearly posted. If there is an earlier time inside dining closes, this, too should be clearly posted. This behavior was rude and unprofessional. Today I drove to the drive-through of this Chick-fil-A and I noticed two of the employees who are responsible for handling one's purchase items not wearing their mask protection correctly. I advised both of them the correct way to wear the mask since I work in the medical field. Their response was very vague and with an attitude, on my way out the male employee YELL out to me "HAVE A NICE DAY" in a very NASTY manner. Needless to say, I'm sure that Chick-fil-A management wouldn't appreciate this conduct towards their patrons, and for this reason, I won't ever return to this location. read more

Probably the busiest drive through in the Ahwatukee area. This is mostly staffed by area HS kids, but they do a good job here. My wife and I were here last Saturday night for a blizzard (two actually), and between pull in to the order getting fulfilled was about 10 minutes or so. The line actually goes fairly quickly once you place your order. I'm not a huge fan of the left turn you have to make once you pull out of either exit, but that's a City of Phoenix problem. Keep up making those sweet desserts and I love seeing the Value Pak coupons! read more

So, I placed an order for a custom birthday cake for my son about a month in advance, told them the writing I wanted on it and that I wanted to pick it up on Sunday the 17th. They called me about a week before I was supposed to pick it up and let me know that they would be closed the 17th and asked if I could pick it up sooner & I said I could and they said they would have the cake ready for me. I had a family emergency the weekend I was supposed to pick it up that threw my plans off and I wound up having to pick it up after buying groceries, so I had cold things in my car in the sun, but I was hoping that the cake would be ready to go and that I could just grab it, pay for it & go. When I got there, the guy asked me for my name, went back & looked for the cake twice before coming up and telling me that they had it, but that they hadn't written the message I had asked for yet. I placed the order a month in advance and was told earlier that week that they were gonna start the cake. Why did they wait til I got there to write the message on it?? When he finally brought it out I just took it and left. I paid $30 for this cake. While walking out I realized that the writing was off center, and it looks like it says Happy Birthday Face (my son's name is Jace). The icing is also just really sloppy and its obvious that they did it hastily when I arrived. I'm super disappointed and this is at the end of a stressful week and to go out of my way to order my son a custom cake and get this, it just sucks. They said they'd give me a refund if I bring the cake back so now I have to go out of my way again and I don't have much time and its just a very disappointing and frustrating situation read more

I'm a lil disappointed in this Dairy Queen! The food's regular DQ fare. But they have a loyalty program that hardly ever works. First off, they never ask you, if you have a loyalty card. They've removed the tablet in which you can enter it yourself. The other day I went there, ordered lunch and had a buy 1 get 1 free, Blizzard offer. I told her about that, she went ahead and put it in the computer, then when I got home, I found out she charged me for the blizzard, even though she put it in the computer that I had Buy 1, Get 1 free coupon. NEVER have had bad service or product here no matter how busy they are. Even with a really long drive-thru line, it always moves quickly. However, last night, I took my family to order Blizzards and they were awful! They weren't even thick - in fact, they were actually watery and the oreo Blizzard had a burnt taste to it. Very disappointing. This is a frequent treat for our family but it sure wasn't last night. We didn't go back because they were super busy as usual. Need to taste before we leave. This is the worst dq I've ever been to...I bought a birthday cake and the lady ringing me out didn't provide me with a bag or utensils. That's fine, maybe she forgot, so I asked for some but she said they don't sell bags or spoon/forks. Really?! If I just got a $3 blizzard I would get a spoon with my order, but if I get a $30+ cake they not only don't provide spoons but don't even sell me a few?!!
