I've never really loved soda shops, way too much sugar for me to drink regularly. But swig has some SOLID drinks that include a lot of sugar free syrups that I can enjoy without a sugar crash! The Fighter is my absolute favorite. It's got such a fun blend of flavors and they get it right it every time I order it. I've never had any issues with any employees or inconsistency with the drinks. The employees have always been so kind, cheerful, and helpful! Their lobbies are open again which is so nice! It's clean and has a good vibe to it. They've got tables and chairs and a clean and tidy bathroom available as well. My husband and I love going together and we both agree that the fighter is far superior to any drink anywhere else. I love that all the drinks are customizable! I always get the Fighter with sparkling water but you can get regular water as well! My husband loves experimenting with flavors so he's able to change whatever he wants with the drink he gets- and he often does lol. Awesome drinks. Great customer service. When I joined the rewards program I got a free cookie! It was freaking good. Their pretzel bites are really good as well!! Honestly not the best ones I've had but with swigs location and all the other good things they offer-if I was craving pretzel bites I'd just go to swig. They also have little popsicles that are absolutely amazing. Highly recommend the mango one in particular. They're packaged similar to otter pops but the texture is frozen and creamy and everything you could want. It tastes like the real deal. I had never visited this place, so I gave it a try. Not really worth it, in my opinion. I ordered a sno-cone, which was OK, but not nearly as good as the little shacks that sell them. The place is staffed by really immature, college-age girls. I don't know if they are trying to act like teenagers, but they come off that way. These girls blast obscene music at way too loud of volumes; you could not hear a conversation if you were having one. If you are looking for something out of the ordinary, head on over to Sodalicious or Pop 'n Sweets. They are much more worth your time and money. read more

My husband and I found a love for Swig when we received a $5 gift card as a wedding gift. We just got 2 sugar cookies the first visit. They were delicious! This was at a location in St. George, so when we moved up north we were excited to see they have a few locations here! The Texas tab is our favorite, with a delicious sugar cookie on the side. I love that the cookie stays together and doesn't just turn into a pile of crumbs. It is a SUGAR cookie. So yes, it is very sweet and full of sugar, which makes it a great cookie. I'm not eating a cookie to be healthy, so I'll never complain about the sweetness of a cookie. My only complaint would be in their 'Missionary' drink with Sprite, or pretty much any other drink that begins with Sprite doesn't have much of the flavor of the flavorings. For the selection of soda shoppes in Provo, Swig is probably number one. My order has only been messed up a couple of times for the dozens of times I've been there. My favourites are Dr. Pepper + Coconut Cream + Peach Syrup and Diet Coke OR Dr. Pepper + Coconut + Lime. Also, their cookies are pretty bomb. Service is fair, usually pretty quick, most of the time friendly (although I have encountered some grumpy employees...it's possible they were experiencing the stress of exams or a recent break up, because most of their employees are university students. But hey, that's life.) All in all, fab. Oh and make sure you get their punch cards. SO worth it. read more

The new swig system is not working! I love swig but the drive through line is a 15 minute wait and it's not worth it! They now take your order and prepare your drink at the same window so it's double the time! There are other drink places near by that are way quicker. I go to swig more often than I should but the price is actually a bit cheaper than sodalicious and I feel the sodas here taste and feel so much better. This place is awesome. If you want a place to grab a drink and cookie then this is the spot. The appearance needs a makeover. It feels as if the local High School art class designed this place, but that does not take away from the taste. I would improve the customer service though. It has so much potential- every time I go in the manager is complaining how she doesn't want to be at work. Buyers beware, this is an incredibly dishonest business and you may want to keep an eye on your bank statements after. They have charged my credit card multiple times over the last year and every time I called to get a manager they would not call me back. They continue to keep doing it for some reason and I have had to dispute the charges with my bank multiple times. The drinks or desserts are not worth the headache of dealing with their dishonest practices. People may not be aware because they charge your card in such small amounts, but they have over time charged me $20+. read more

I went in to the Draper Swig location today. This was my 4th visit this week, after taking a break from Swig for several months, due to what I felt was bad press behavior and past poor customer service. I decided to give them another try. Unfortunate to say, customer service and is still badly in need. There was a blond girl, about 5'8" with big glasses, talking to a girl name Sara over in the cookie prep area. The blond girl with the big glasses, blurt out loudly "F*CK-YOU." To tell you the truth, I am now officially done with Swig! If I am going to overpay for a sugary drink, I would expect that when I visit that me and my young family do not hear "locker room" talk. My other complaint is earlier this week I convert my Swig frequent buyer loyalty card to Swig's new point system. I had 7 punches on my card and already had some nominal point logged in the new system. I have since made 3 purchases. Under the old loyalty punch card system, I would have earned a free drink. But under this new system, I am still a couple of purchases short of earning a drink. The new rewards system is less beneficial for the loyalty customers - another example of treating their loyal customer well. read more
