When my friend first told me about Swig I was thinking what the heck. I'm glad I agreed to try. I create my own drink and get lemonade with strawberry and mango fruit bits. It's fresh pieces of fruit that they add in. And they do not skimp on the fruit. They have an endless amount of possibilities that you can make or they have suggested drinks. They have soda, waters, lemonades, and energy drinks. Then they have almost any flavor syrup or fruit you can think of. I'd definitely check it out. The staff is super friendly too! read more

Placed a mobile order here and upon arrival the lobby was closed however the lobby lights were on and so was the open sign, the drive through was blocked off the doors were locked. 5 employees were sitting in the store looking at me as I stood outside for over 2 minutes when I explained I had a mobile order they informed me there was power outage and there was no way to make it. However there was no refund offered or way to resolve it. Even after calling costumer service I wasn't able to get hold of a single representative or any way to cancel my order. Payed full price and am now having to email and hope someone is able to refund. The lack of response or posting was extremely disappointing and I have no way of guaranteeing my money back and may have to dispute this charge with my bank. Even used a coupon on this order that I have no way of getting back. So disappointed and frankly appalled that I was able to place this order and that they didn't cancel it once the power came back and that even after I arrived they offered no resolution or way to cancel my order. read more

Utahns sure love their sugar and soda, so it's no wonder Swig is as successful as it is. I had avoided hopping on the bandwagon for several years, but finally caved when I wanted something a little different. I'm not usually a soda drinker-maybe just a seltzer water with some flavoring-so I was thrilled to see a few options on the menu that were not full of sugar. The dining area lacks much decor-it's a very simple space. It appears that most of the customers prefer the drive through option rather than going inside. I ordered the Pretty in Pink-one of the seltzer water/flavor options. The first few sips were very good-I was immediately sold. But after getting a fourth of the way through, the flavor was all but gone. I'm not sure how I could have mixed it better since it was full to the top, but it was a bummer to have the majority of the flavor disappear after just putting a dent in it. Overall, if you're a soda drinker or a cookie eater, you'll probably love this place. I found it to be good, but I'll likely stick with my boring old water unless I'm craving something a little different. Then I'll probably be back. read more

Drinks are pretty...meh The cookies are where I give them the 2 stars. The cookies we like are the oatmeal chocolate chip and dirt ball. Service is pretty slow and the staff allows just anyone to update your phone number for the rewards program. For example I have to ask them to change my name back to my name because I have a pretty stupid sister in law that thinks it is hilarious to change the name on my account. She's a real loser and I wish Swig would ask for some sort of ID before changing names on accounts. read more

Weird they won't take orders in their lobby and the drive up is out into the street. Other times I have tried the times posted say "open" but t they are dark. I have yet to get to try them, but was gifted a mug. read more

I love their refreshers and my pup sure loves the pup cups! Don't let the line scare you away, they are super quick! My one critique is I don't like how all of their cookies are frozen. I'm a sucker for a soft warm cookie. But I throw it in the microwave when I get home and it makes up for it! read more

Not much that I can add that hasn't been said. It is a fun cheap treat for the kids. I don't drink soda because I Prefer to get my caffeine from coffee, but I do like their coconut cookies. Swig is by far the best soda pop shop in Utah. Not sure what they do exactly, but the drinks aways have the perfect soda to syrup/cream ratio, the perfect amount of fizz, and the yummiest drink combos. Not to mention the cookies are by far the best! It's a daily trip to swig for me, for sure! read more

I've been a loyal customer for several years now. HUGE fan of the diet version of the Raspberry Dream drink. Used to be a fan of the sugar cookies as well. "Used to be". More and more, the cookies are served one degree short of frozen. I find myself buying the cookie, taking home and leaving on the counter for 30 or more minutes to thaw. No one buys a cookie with the intent to thaw before eating. Just bought one and returned it and asked for a more thawed cookie. Was told they "come frozen" (this is a new thing) the rep offered to microwave it. Anyways.. I'm done ordering these cookies. Such a shame. I'll still be bk for the raspberry dream. read more

I ordered a 24oz strawberry breeze and a 44 strawberry breeze and i had 2 free cards. I should've only had to pay the difference on the 1 drink but instead he rang up 2 44oz and we had to pay more money than we were planning on spending because he didn't ring up the free 24oz , yet he took our cards anyway. In the 44oz one I told him to put only 3/4 pump of cream instead of 4 pumps in the comments because my stomach cannot handle dairy! Instead he just puts light cream and when I get my drink there's about 3 pumps of cream in it! When I handed my drink back and told her to remake it, she gave an attitude and didn't apologize for the mistake. The guy who took my order was so concerned about upselling the new cookies he didn't care AT ALL about our drinks or modifications. read more

Bad Customer Service 50 cent day at Swig is not worth it. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, we were treated like trash. The girl taking our order was really nice and probably new. She took our order and the total was $1.50 for two 24oz drinks. When we realized how cheap it was we asked to change our drinks to 32oz and she had to restart our order. One of her coworkers, a redhead wearing a pink shirt, was pretty rude to her and was telling her to hurry up. Finally we paid for our order and went to the window. At the window they handed us two 24oz drinks even though we ordered 32oz. When we told them that they had messed up our order, the rude redhead said, "We're busy, so we can't help you." Then the lady behind us got out of her car and told us to move out of her way. Overall it was a really bad experience with the rude employee and the messed up order. This Swig location will never be getting my money again. read more

I went to this location and the person that took my order was very grouchy and irritated while taking my order. The wait time that I waited for two drinks was 15 minutes through the drive-through and 10 minutes at the window. I was told that the long wait was because they had not hooked up their soda to their machines. Given that soda is the number one reason why people go there I felt that it should've been the last thing that I had to wait on. they get one star just because I like their cookies! read more

I've been pretty impressed with this Swig! Let me tell you, I visit a soda bar almost daily. This one is super close to my work, so I go pretty often. Even though the drive-through sometimes wraps around the building, I feel like they really do their best to get people through the drive-through as fast as they can. My drink has hardly ever been wrong here and the staff--for the most part--is super friendly and helpful. I love that they always repeat my drink back to me both at the order window and at the pickup window, just to make sure it's correct. Also, LOVE their loyalty program. The only thing keeping them from a 5-star: I have learned that even if the drive-through line is long to always do the drive-through. I have gone into the store to order my drink, thinking it would be faster when the drive-through line is super long. Wrong. read more

Today we also tried the candy girl (Mountain Dew, coconut, lime and strawberry); which was pretty good too. They have many different flavor combos for your dirty soda. They also do energy drinks, smoothies, Italian sodas, chai tea, flavored waters and freezes. Then there are the cookies, lots of choices there too! Epic fail this time around! Yeah yeah, your drinks taste delicious. But when there are 5 places in town that do what you do - you have to have top tier service. Pulled up to the drive they at 9:25. Got to the ordering window at 9:31 only to be informed by an arrogant 17 year old that they can ring us up because they close at 9:30. It was like he was pretending to serve hard alcohol or something. He seemed to take quite the pleasure in turning us AND 5 other cars behind us away all of whom were in line before 9:30.
