So I was really curious about this place when they opened up. I've gone a few times to try their different drinks, the missionary the turtle and another one that one of the young ladies recommended. My boyfriend got one that was a Dr Pepper and coconut mix. While it was fun to see the different variations of flavor, it really wasn't all that. They did have a few hot drinks but mostly it's just soda mixed with a few things. The staff is really nice and they try to make some good recommendations. I just don't know if I want to pay that much for a soda with a couple of things mixed in. They have smoothies that I haven't tried so I may go back and try that but it really was just OK. I don't drink soda, so this review is for their cookies only. Amazing! My favorite is the chocolate cookie with chocolate icing. The standard sugar cookie is also very good. I don't mind that they are chilled when I get them. It adds to it for some reason. This probably means that they aren't freshly made cookies, but that doesn't seem to affect the taste. read more

I love swig, don't get me wrong, but I feel like their customer service has been horrible lately. I won the golden tumbler (free swig for a year) and they seem very upset that I come in every day. It's really making me not want to go to swig. It has been stressing me out to make my swig run which it definitely shouldn't be! I should be looking forward to my swig run! I usually love this swig but I went there yesterday and both girls in both windows were so rude. The first one was looking down at her phone while I was trying to order and didn't look at me once. The second girl didn't make eye contact either and didn't say a work to me while handing me my drinks. On top of that my drink was super flat! Really disappointed. read more

Normally I would give swig 5 stars because I love their drinks, but recently they have been starting to ask each time I get a drink if I want to tip. The drink is already expensive for a soft drink and then to add a tip on it makes it a $5 soft drink!! I used to go like 3 times a day, but now it's just too much to tip each time! In general they do a good job of providing drinks and other treats. They have successfully hooked me on "Texas tab". Today however, after feeling inspired for my favorite drink, I pull into the drivethrough and see a tiny sign on the order window that says they are out of Dr pepper (key ingredient of Texas tab) and mt dew!? How is a business that only sells drinks be out of drinks?? Suffice to say I had to wait in line, without an order. Next time try warning people before we get stuck in the drive through. read more

My husband and I have been going to Swig for several years now almost twice a day. We love their drinks, but about a week ago a new menu board popped up. Not only that, the prices have skyrocketed! We used to pay $1.60 for a refill but now they are asking $2.30 for the same exact refill! We asked the kids working there why the prices went up so much and they just responded that prices went up a little...nearly $1 more for a refill drink is not a little. This location is amazing during the week/daytime. However, every time I go there on the weekend, the teenage kids get my order wrong. Tonight the kid at the window was wanting to hear the conversation going on with his coworkers and wouldn't listen to me as I was ordering. Every drink, he'd half listen and then when he repeated it, it was wrong. I had to order and reorder all 6 of the drinks I needed. When we went to the window to pick up, all of the cups had the order written correctly on the cup, but when I got them home, 4 of them were wrong. I paid extra for avalanche freezes, but when we got home they were missing the ice cream. Its not difficult to get a drink order correct! read more
