Overpriced, soft serve that taste like sorbet. I did not even have a spoon full. Told the owner that I did not like it and that it was not what I thought I ordered from the busy menu. I basically had to throw it away, ($8 down the trash) an the owner made no effort to reimburse me. This place is just so many others. What happened to good old ice cream?! The first time I went there, I was a little lost (it was busy). I didn't order correctly. I ordered fast and I wasn't overly impressed. My husband and I tried again and it was fantastic! My only thing would be the lack of seating and that I received minimal guidance during my first visit with my choices and selections. My family and I have popped in a couple times now for ice cream and i have to say we will continue doing so- the staff are very friendly, the ice cream itself is delicious, and we find the price very reasonable esp. compared to a frozen yogurt place that sells by weight, which i feel is the proper comparison as opposed to a "by the scoop" place. The ice cream is soft serve with a few flavors and is very creamy, beyond McDs or DQ. The staff will "pull" your serving (unlike a serve yourself froyo shop) and layer in toppings (if you purchase them) creating a tasty, artfully constructed treat. They feature a couple of nondairy flavors, pineapple and mango- the mango we thought was very good with a nice creamy smoothness- best nondairy i have ever had! The strawberry is my fav, and put into a Broadway ( one of their signature blend creations) is downright heavenly. They have shakes, boba drinks and more but havent tried them yet. Recommended, and hope they are successful because we certainly enjoy their creations! Cheers! read more

Had the worst customer service experience ever! Omg! I get there and there are two workers making an I've cream and I wait for my turn. When they are done they keep looking at me but don't offer service. They continue by walking around not asking me if I need anything. Then the owner comes out stands at the cash register and just smiles and looks at me. Dosent ask if I need anything. I don't say anything because I'm not sure what is going on. Then after a while the owner asks me "have you ordered?" I said " no" and he answers "why didn't you say anything?" (I looked puzzled because I'm THE ONLY customer standing there. I then answer "why didn't you ask me if I needed anything?" He takes my order with an authorative voice and then says put your phone number on the pad he then realizes he just ordered me to put my number to get texts and says after a pause "if you want." My point this was poor customer service and after everything the Gelato was too sweet my child didn't eat it. I'll stick to the habit soft serve for $1 instead. read more
