When we later decided we no longer wanted mini cookies that originally was on the contract, Patty's was understanding and removed the items from our invoice with no issues - truly a testament to how professional and easy to work with they are! People raved about the strawberry cheesecake. I was asked by multiple people where I got these cupcakes from. I had the chance to sample both, and honestly the triple chocolate was delicious as well. The cake is moist, the frosting buttery and not super sweet. I can see why the strawberry cheesecake was the star of the show among the parents, though. As for customer service - great! Cupcake ready when promised. Larry helped me carry my order to the car, and gave me good instructions on care and transport. I would order from him again for any event.
