I then visited the shop with the clock and the business is no longer there with no info as to how I can make good on the warranty. Very frustrating. I have dealt with this company for a while and always got good service (except for the telephone which was usually unanswered forcing me to drive to the shop and hope that Tim might be in...often he was not). I hate to give Tim one star considering our past relationship but if he was retiring he should have notified his last customers of the fact and promised to honor the six month warranty on his work.

The only reason for a 4 star rating is that he never returns phone calls so you have to go to his shop to talk to him and he does not wear a mask when people are in his shop unless he is going to stand near them. I may update review when I hear back from Dale. Picked up the clock from Dale this morning 7.18.26, he did not want to charge me for the repairs because the return time was so late, I still paid him about 90% of the estimate.
