We used SWF to install a new bathroom faucet. Diego quickly installed the new fixture and cleaned up very well. He came back a couple of weeks later to replace the hoses at no charge. We then had him come to fix a wall remote for our ceiling fan. Unfortunately he could not get it to work. However, he studied the owners manual, we ordered a new remote, and he had it up and running. Again, SWF did not charge us for the return trip because he and Matt (the owner) wanted to be sure that they completed the job to our satisfaction. Their online scheduling works like a charm, and Diego arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment times. We were very pleased with the service and the professionalism and customer service orientation of Diego and Matt. My only small thing is I wish he had the same color switch since I paid for it ($5) Maybe I should have told him prior. No big deal though. I bought a new sink.. didn't even think about how I'd install it. Found these guys to install it reasonably and quickly. Within 3 hours the kitchen looked WAY better, see image... the prior tenant did some creative plumbing/pipe work under the sink, and they were able to fix it and install new pipes without any hassle. We opted to use the same faucet, our installer took the old faucet outside and cleaned all the build up off it for us! He also cleaned up everything and took the old sink away. As an added bonus, he re-attached our smoke alarm to the ceiling. I contacted Switch your Fixture to install a ceiling fan in my room where I wasn't sure if there was a ceiling fan box (Diego arrived with one just in case). Diego took down the existing light and found out that he didn't have to use the fan box. Diego installed the ceiling fan quickly/perfectly. He also kept the work area super clean since it was a bedroom. Matt and his team installed some electrical outlets and added a peg board to our new storage system in our garage. He also provided suggestions on how to make the project more aesthetically pleasing and he was right! Matt does excellent work and also cleans up well after his work. My wife dropped something out of the medicine cabinet and cracked our bathroom sink. We ordered a new vanity off Home Depot for pick up, and Switch your fixture went to get it, disposed of the old vanity, and installed the new one in same day! In the same day!!!
