With 4 people who take long showers, its awesome to never run out of hot water. This time we had an issue with our AC and decided to give them a shot. The AC is about 10 years old so on the cusp of where we need to decide if its worth it to keep repairing it or if its time to replace it. They sent someone out the same day and we were very relieved that he didn't immediately push us to get a new system like 2 other companies did. He reviewed our options and the pros and cons of repair vs replace. It would be great to replace it but we aren't quite ready. The tech wasn't pushy at all and that was refreshing. The first time was simply for a clogged toilet and while they did come out within 24 hours, they spent more time trying to upsell me on their membership than just fixing my toilet. Yesterday was the last straw. My tankless water heater stopped working and I called them to see if they could come out promptly. The only reason they are getting two stars instead of one is they were able to come out that afternoon. The gentleman that they sent was unfamiliar and under trained to be able to diagnose my tankless water heater. I'll save you the details but he ended up recommending a $1000 part replacement that was unnecessary. Moreover, when he reassembled my water heater, he put a part on backwards that the other plumber I called to actually solve the problem noticed as soon as he took the face plate off. Ultimately, the correct answer was that my tankless water heater needed to be serviced and flushed--far less cost than a needless part replacement. On top of being incompetent, before he even started to diagnose the hot water heater error codes he was working to upsell us on a new $6000 system rather than help us understand how our current system was deficient. When he wasn't up selling us on a new system altogether, he was trying to get us again to join their membership program.
