They were considerate and welcoming to us! Daisy did very well on my pedicure, cleaned every krevice and made sure cuticles are squeaky clean! Very precise as well. Service was superb and would love to keep coming back here. Massage is also very good. I got the deluxe manicure but the experience was more than deluxe!

Loved my first visit to Sydney Nails Spa! Beautiful ambiance, super friendly staff, no upselling, i recommend Nikki and Buc-ee's nearby for treats after!perfect combo!

Very nice place and felt welcomed nails were done at reasonable price. Would probably come again

Nene made a tip! No glue custom tip

In town visiting friends needed nails done badly. Welcoming staff and clear pixie glass up for COVID-19 prevention. Nene did an awesome job on my nails. Just described what I wanted and she delivered. I was apprehensive about using glue for a tip so she made the tip with my choice of color with acrylic. Sent me away with a card, after 5 visits 10% off.

New to the area from The Woodlands. Received a recommendation for this place from a friend. It was THE BEST RECOMMENDATION. Mrs. Vi did my nails... I asked for something natural looking and I like them thin. I asked for a manicure first then full set with shellac polish... #IFeelPretty

This is a beautiful nail shop however when removing shellac / gel polish from my nails, the polish ripped my nail off which caused my nail to break off and bleed. I don't know who I need to contact in regards to this matter but I need to speak to someone about this matter ASAP. The pain and suffering isn't worth me waiting .

My manicure done by Linda with powder & shellac, and a fixed tip in my index. Looks very natural

I had Annie for a pedicure and another nice lady for a shellac mani. Annie has a light touch but did the most beautiful design on my big toe. See pic! It started raining on my way out and she assured me it was dry. Have a look at what my other big toe looked like when I got home.. So disappointing to spend $60 on something only to have it partially ruined 10 minutes later. :( I selected white for a second color on my mani and she didn't really paint it evenly. More of a square shape. I'll go back due to the quality but be extremely careful next time. Edit: had a guy do shellac mani today and it is perfect!

    Merry Christmas nails!!

Took advantage of the opportunity to relax a little bit in a Sunday afternoon. Call it a recovery…read moreday from working out or call it just a mental santity break to kick off the week. This is a great place to do either. The first hour and a half in the men's area rotating between the steam room, sauna hot tub and cold plunge, losing track of the time and just soaking it. The sauna and the steam room each held around 5 to 7 people, respectively. Fortunately I didn't need to push the capacity limits since the crowd was extremely light, especially for for a weekend. I strolled around and checked out the other rooms and the bulgama room was scorching hot, in the best possible way. Broken up into two different dome spaces - one hot and the other extremely hot with a fireplace- that had the cozy smell of burning wood. A fantastic sensory experience. I popped by the restaurant and the Bulgogi stew was delicious. Prices were comparable to being outside of the spa, and the quality was just as good. The food came out piping hot with a little kimchi and some potatoes and a small bowl of rice on the side. I have been to more than a handful of Korean Spas and the features that make this one stand out are: Clean smells- sounds strange to have to say this but Gangnam was clean but didn't smell like cleaning products. Each space had a unique scent based on the desired effect - cedar, burning wood, eucalyptus, etc. Comfortable uniforms - woven, soft terry cloth sets that breathed well and were easy to move in. Unique experiences in small niches- hand spa to massage your hands, foot spa with a pebble bottomed pool, plenty of lounge spaces, vibrating plates for muscle activation or relaxation, I honestly didn't have time to do it all. The staff = top notch. Friendly front desk crew gave a great first impression. The superstar was the gal who helped me decide on a tasty dish in the restaurant, providing great descriptions for all of the choices. After 4 full hours, I needed to go to my next meeting and had to leave. Nevertheless I left feeling relaxed and satisfied. Verdict: Check it out but be sure to give yourself at least 4 hours.

I visited Gangnam Spa with my fiancé expecting a calm, restorative experience. The facility is…read moreclean, the staff is professional, and the treatments themselves are excellent. FIVE STARS! And this is why the rating drops to THREE STARS However, the spa's current approach to cell phone use raises serious privacy and safety concerns. Multiple guests were openly using their phones in treatment areas and even inside the locker rooms -- including taking photos and videos in spaces where individuals are undressed. Locker rooms are universally recognized as places where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy, and recording in these areas can violate that expectation, regardless of intent. Allowing phones in environments where guests are changing creates a real risk of non‑consensual photography or video, which can have legal implications and exposes patrons to harm. Businesses that operate locker rooms and similar facilities typically have a duty of care to protect guests from exactly this type of privacy intrusion. I strongly encourage the spa to implement and enforce a comprehensive no‑phone policy throughout all treatment and locker room areas. A spa should be a place where guests feel safe, respected, and able to relax without worrying about being filmed or photographed in private spaces. PLEASE KEEP this SPA classy, with privacy rules and keep the ghetto out the door!

I'll be honest, from the outside I was a little hesitant--it's not super fancy--but inside it's very clean, calm, and has that relaxing spa music playing in the background. I had a small cyst on my scalp that made me nervous, but the lady doing my treatment was so gentle and careful. Not once did she touch or irritate it. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing, and I left with silky soft hair! I'd love to make this a regular thing if it weren't a bit out of the way for me. Highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing scalp treatment without the fancy-spa prices. For what it is and what you pay, it's absolutely worth it!

Pros: fair pricing and $10 off 2nd visit, clean facility, staff are nice Cons: Booking through AI had to go through many prompts to book w/ a person the 1st time both visits the massage felt rushed although there were literally no other patrons. It's a 60 min back massage but it wasn't very relaxing at all. The masseuse made an off putting comment about my skin being dry (mind you it's cold outside) which took me out of the experience. They use coconut oil for the massages which is great for the body however it was slathered on my face which I did not like and caused me to breakout.
