This place is my go to whenever i am in south! Located next to the 99 ranch market (not inside) but next block. There are plenty of parking spots in the lot. The restaurant does get busy during peak hours people dining in or to-going food. I feel like this place is more affordable than other Sichuan places i've been to. And portion size is great! It can get pretty loud inside especially with whole family dining in together but i would come back here again and again for their bomb ass boiled fish fillet and friend chicken with chili!

One of my all time go to restaurants for Szechuan food.... Full meal at lunch for around $11 a person.. sweet and sour prawns are great.. many spicy fish dishes, great choices. Excellent food.... They are very attentive.do yourself a favor and try them...

This place recently remodeled the interior and I believe was closed for some time. We came back today and enjoyed it as much as we did last time! I am adding my original review below: What a great spot in the south end (close to Great Wall). The employees are very friendly and the service is fast. I went with a group of 4 others and we got 6 dishes and still had left overs. The prices are good and the food is cheap! We came in around 6 and the restaurant was pretty empty - only 1/2 other tables. We ordered: hot and sour soup, crispy chicken in hot garlic sauce, dried cooked string bean, ma po tofu, Mongolian beef, and hot & spicy beef chow mein. Everything was excellent and fresh. The flavor was there and as I previously stated the portions were large! I'd definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a staple in the south end. Total for 5 (with 20% tip) was $101.

Always a favorite! They have plenty of vegetarian options, but we always get the eggplant in hot garlic sauce & the crispy and spicy tofu. Prices are great, there's always parking, and although it's getting more popular, we've never had to wait for a table. The location is convenient for us, and near a lot of stores and main streets. It's never too noisy, and the staff is very friendly. We always love the tea as well. Theyve made a lot of changes to the decor and updated the menus recently too! It looks great!

Lunch special hot crispy garlic (no garlic they forgot) chicken with fried rice $10

Rating upon the $10 Lunch specials. Pick your choice of meat and veggie-- choose from white rice or fried rice. Pretty decent. Although my crispy hot garlic sauced chicken had no garlic. Taste more like sweet & no sour chicken, if that makes sense. Fried rice was bland. Definitely was premade and sitting warm- not fresh. I did appreciate that the chicken was fresh and piping hot. It is what it is for a lunch special at that price. I would choose plain rice next time. But definitely will be coming back to try the other lunch specials.

Felt like some food and was told about this place. It's tucked in the back of the main road so you wont see the business from there. Gotta drive through a side of Harbor Freight Tools to get there. Walking in there's plenty of seating and not too loud. I ended up ordering Chicken Fried Rice & Orange Chicken. The Chicken Fried Rice is really good & The Orange Chicken is descent. If you're in the area definitely stop by.

The food here is really solid but no longer 5 stars for me because of recent management decisions. I have been a regular for a couple years, usually for takeout. I am familiar with their normal portion sizes. However, today's order was extremely disappointing. 3 of the items I ordered were in small black rectangular boxes and reduced the portion size by half. I am paying the same price as dine in customers but walking away with less. I no longer recommend their takeout. Consider dining in instead.

If you like pork, the crew got the sweet and sour pork. Its different from other spots since the pork is flattened out. And they said it has a nice crunch and taste. They do have drinks available for purchase from soda to asian teas thats to the right of the register. Service was good, the staff was friendly and nice!

I won't say much about the ambiance or service -- let's focus on the food itself. Yu Xiang Rou Si (Fish-Flavored Shredded Pork): This is a classic Sichuan dish. The most authentic version comes from the Xiaohe school of Sichuan cuisine. Its signature flavor should have a subtle smoky note in the back of the nose. This dish strikes a great balance between sweet and salty. While the smokiness isn't very pronounced, the sweetness and spiciness are beautifully balanced. The heat here is more intense than at other places -- I think most Westerners might find it hard to handle, but personally, I love its straightforward, punchy character. Braised Eggplant: I've tried both eggplant dishes here, and each is outstanding. Eggplant itself is tricky to cook because it first absorbs oil and then releases it during cooking. The chef handles this perfectly. Mao Xue Wang (Spicy Tripe & Blood Curd Stew): Consistent and high-quality. Consistency is the most basic yet highest standard for judging any good stir-fry restaurant. Seafood Tofu Casserole: In my opinion, tofu is one of the greatest inventions in human culinary history. Soybeans contain substances that humans can't digest, meaning that without processing, they have no nutritional value. But when soybeans are broken down at the cellular level and transformed into tofu, all their nutrients and internal structure are redefined -- giving us this easily digestible and widely loved food. Since tofu's density makes it less likely to absorb flavors, a rich, thick sauce is a very clever approach. Sichuan Cold Noodles: I'd call this the best dish in the restaurant. Outstanding flavor, with a perfect balance of chili and Sichuan peppercorn. Will be back again!

The restaurant is tucked away in a strip mall leading to ranch 99 (Asian supermarket). I've had this spot pinned on my Google Maps for the longest time but just never had the opportunity to make the drive there. This place was easy to miss if you don't look carefully so I'm glad I saw this recommended by a Seattle foodie I follow on instagram. We ordered the spicy braised beef noodles and steamed dumplings to share since we weren't that hungry. The braised beef noodles BLEW ME AWAY. The broth was so rich and savory, my mom commented that it tasted better than the one at din tai fung (we are frequent visitors & I agree) and the noodles were chewy (I love thick noodles!!). The dumplings were very juicy and flavorful but nothing too special. Service was prompt and servers were really friendly. There were so many other dishes on the menu featuring traditional Chinese dishes that looked delicious and so I do want to come back to try those when I am hungry! But they lose 3 stars from me because they use some kind of industrial strength cleaning chemical to wipe down the tables. Hard to enjoy your meal when all you can smell is the same chemical they use to mop the floors at QFC and in my apartment building. Seriously terrible chemical smell while you eat. If they are using a spray bottle to clean at the next table, you'll get a cloud of harsh cleaning chemical up your nostrils while you eat. I've had to rinse off and wiped down my own table with a napkin dampened with tea or water in order to enjoy my meal. When I mentioned this to staff, they were dismissive and haven't changed a thing in over a year when I first brought it to their attention. They should only be using something like quat sanitizer, that doesn't smell, to clean the tables. NOT something that is used for floors or bathrooms. and on a side note: if you decide to mop underneath another table while people are dining next to it, please say "excuse me" or just wait. Instead of almost hitting people in the head with a mop handle without saying a word. Also not great for a dining experience. I have worked in restaurants and F&B management. I know something about these things. You shouldn't use anything on a table for diners that you wouldn't use on a food preparation surface. How many times has a dumpling got away from you and bounced around on the table and you snag it and consume it, because you assume the table isn't being cleaned with floor cleaner? If you agree with me, please say something to the staff, and maybe they'll eventually listen. This is a real shame. The food quality is quite good. Probably best dim sum in South King County. I might just do take-out from now on. There are other high quality Chinese and Asian dining options, that's the bright side of living in this area. But if I'm doing takeout, I might as well just go to Dim Sum House on Beacon Hill (much more reasonable prices and good quality).
