It wasn't one of those gross ones that you usually come across it was actually a good cocktail.. One of the bartenders was a little aloof we kind of sat there quite a while, waiting for him to refill our empty drinks for about 25 minutes, but other than that, everything was great and if you get a chance, check out the bathrooms, they are wild... in a good way. Nice and crisp pieces of pork whose fat was properly rendered back into the meat. A lot of places miss this important step. It was served with a luscious white sauce and lightly vinegared hot sauce. I saved my leftover broth for the instant pack ramen ha ha Ordered it to go, so the broth was packed separately. He makes the noodles from scratch. Pork shoulder was tender and juicy. Shoyu egg tasted the way it was supposed to, with all of its soy saucey goodness. Definitely will try again.

Overall I really liked the specialty bowl and the choice of ingredients. The passionfruit tea with popping bubbles was great too! I'm always happy to see new poke spots showing up in the area and this one is worth a visit!
