I called in and made an appointment, I arrived on time and was sat down right away. This place was really slow on a weekend. This was my first time here and was not impressed. I had a lady who seemed to be the manager start my nails. I had an old full set still on from the salon I usually go to. She started removing them and second finger in she stabs my nail with the clipper and makes it bleed and then breaks most of my grown nails under the acrylics and says that they were already broken. I also had to ask her to clean the blood that got all over my finger and under my nail before she puts a new set. She then puts on a new set of nails and begins cutting them without even asking how short or long I want them. At this point I am ready to walk out. She then leaves and a guy comes and takes over. His paint job was horrible! He got nail polish all over my fingers and hands. I had to ask him to clean it up. My thumb nail was messed up, it was patchy and uneven. So he just drilled it down over the nail polish and put a sloppy coat on top of it. Not to mention they expect you to tip even though their service did not deserve it. Not like I was not going to anyways but I find it rude and a cash tip is a must. I will not be going back I paid $50 for sloppy nails and bleeding finger. read more

This nail salon is nice and doesn't smell of fumes like most do. Their pedicure chairs could be upgraded (a couple I have tried didn't work) and the prices are a few dollars more than surrounding competitors. Overall the ladies are nice and do quality work. read more

Extremely disappointing customer service. I was a loyal and repeat customer, but once they knew they had my business, the quality and customer service took a massive nose dive. I called and made an appointment, but when I arrived, they were slammed. I waited patiently, but instead of providing my service, T&K took FIVE other walk ins before me.They didn't acknowledge me, didn't apologize, didn't do anything to make it right, and never ended up "fitting me in." (How do you fail to fit someone in who has an appointment?!?) When I finally spoke up about how rude and unprofessional they were being, I was told that the other customers wanted more expensive services, so they got to go first, and that "I am sure you understand." Understand what? A total lack of common courtesy? A total lack of professional integrity? When I asked to be refunded, they balked, referred to me as a "bitchy client" to their other clients right out in the open, and tried to give me a gift certificate instead of giving me my money back. UNREAL!!! As if I would want to go back after they wasted my time, ignored me, didn't even provide me with services, and then cussed openly about me in front of others. just moved into the area and thought id give this place a try. first of all my toes were cut way too short, but its fine they grow back. as for my nails, i asked for a full set and was directed to an older man. he began by gluing the wrong size nail onto my nail, and when i mentioned it he removed one nail and exposed the insane amount of glue used which was all over my nail. i politely requested i have them removed and simply stick to a pedicure. he removed only one nail and got up and left leaving the remaining 4 acrylic nails still on. sorry but learn to do your job correctly or get a new job. wont be returning. the lady who did my toes was super friendly though! the manager then tried to say it was normal sorry but it isnt. then was charged 51 dollars for a pedicure. tell me that price didnt go up just because i was unhappy with my nails read more

I went here with my friend 2 times I usually get longer nails while she likes the short, the first time we went together we both got acrylic nails on and it was the same price. The last time we went for a fill her nails where $35 and mine where $45 for A FILL why was a charged $10 more then her? I went back in and asked (since they changed me more) the explanation was sloppily put together saying "oh it's because you got longer nails" then I mentioned how i got long nails and a shape last time so they changed their explanation from longer nails to a shape. I just don't understand how our nails could be the same price when we got our nails done then a different price when we went to get it filled. read more

The nail salon is nice enough, with fancy massage chairs and all, but hygiene and communication leave much to be desired. I went on Tuesday 6/23 at 9:30 AM. The appointment was punctual, but I had requested 9 AM and they proposed 9:30 instead -- which clearly caused a rush with other customers arriving shortly after me. After additional customers arrived, the technician kept getting distracted and hurting my fingers. She cut my nails too short even after I had clearly warned her not to. The technician asked me questions, but I had to ask her to repeat several times because I could not understand her pronunciation. At one point she tucked trash under the liner of the pedicure basin, which was at odds with the initial show of extracting tools from -- one would hope -- sterilized, sealed bags. However, the heel sanding tool was not sterilized and sat in a drawer with lots of lotions and greasy bottles. The technician touched all my toes and fingers with the tips of the bottles that clearly are used for all the customers--that's a hygiene hazard! When the technician extracted the heel sanding tool from the receptacle in her wheeled tower, I could see it was sitting in a place where she also put her used gloves after taking them off at the end of my pedicure. The manicure was painful. My fingers are still hurting, for the nails were cut way too short. It was incredibly difficult to communicate. The technician barely spoke any English and throughout the service she kept muttering in her own language. When the time to pay came, I was asked for a tip. It was awkward, and I tried to be as kind as I could, but said no tip--at which she scoffed at me! I feel bad that their English is so poor, but it would take very little effort -- and virtually no words -- to remain gentle and kind. After all, it was my hands and feet she was scrubbing so rudely and inattentively. I even sent an email to the store contact with an invitation them to reply to me to keep me as a customer, or to ignore my message if they prefer to refuse service in the future. In either case, I don't think I will go back. I am afraid of injury. read more

This was hands down the worst experience I've had getting my nails done with regards to quality. Horrible. I went in for a fill and pedi. Gel polish on both. I had to ask to have my toes repainted 3 times before just offering to pay for it if they'd remove it and not paint my toes. Y'all, I Hate complaining at a nail place. I get I'm paying for a service but I don't ever want to come off as rude or unappreciative. The pedi itself was bad- didn't massage just lightly rubbed lotion on partial leg, barely scrubbed for callus remover, nails filed uneven, only partial nail painted, etc. Then came the fingernails.. Lord. I like my nails square square. I said square square an easy 5x. They were already a Perfect shape I loved. Just fill em sis. The woman files my nails into partial points. Crooked even. I was watching my toes and not paying attention to my fingers before it was too late on one hand. I asked why she did that and was told that's how a nail grows. Ummm. No. A nail doesn't grow in the coffin shape, it wasn't that way to begin with, and why would you make a diagonal slant out of my already nicely shaped acrylic?! I asked her to please stop that I'd like to pay and go. It was all bad. They wanted me to pay for a full pedicure plus gel but I had no gel on my toes and the final time she removed it she told me no charge to remove it bc she could even see it looked bad. I asked if I could pay for the services I did receive and we'd call it good. They had me pay for my pedicure plus $3 which is fair and I appreciate that. But holy geez the bang up job on my nails was terrible. I had to immediately drive to another salon and pay much more to have them fixed than just a regular fill. Save yourself the hassle and find another place. I should've know when I walked in and it didn't look that nice but I wanted to give em a shot. read more

I have went here twice because it's 2 minutes from where I live but never again. The first time was just a mediocre experience, but the second time really set me over the edge. I walked in, asking for a manicure, gel nails, and a toenail polish change. I sit down and the man insists I get dip, so I say "why not." Then he brings me books of new colors and makes me open it and flip through with one hand while he is filing the other. He then asks if I want him to cut my cuticles... I'm paying for a manicure keep in mind so I say "yes." I hadn't had a manicure in 6mo so I needed it. He then nicked several of my fingers which I understand can happen, but it bled nonstop for the rest of the time at one of them. He never said a word. Then after he finished painting my toes I sat back down to get the rest of my manicure complete and a lady is sweeping the shop (30 min before closing). She has my guy get up and she starts sweeping over my feet without saying anything to me. I checked my toes to see if they got scratched, but didn't see bristle marks until after I left the place. It was $58 plus tip and totally not worth it. I won't be giving a third chance. read more
