I recently was referred to come here and I am car literate, however, I am not an electrician…read more Therefore, when my car was having electrical issues I wanted a mechanic to diagnose and look over my cars issues. Needless to say this business did not listen to me when i dropped off the car and told them the reason my car was there. The mechanic shop called me to let me know they would like to charge me for something totally different than what my car was even there for. I had to remind them why my car was there, and the mechanic had to "instruct me" on codes and went to pull them while i was on the phone just for my vehicles dash lights to be illuminated right in front of his eyes. He then told me he would call me back the next day with another diagnosis. The following day he then tells me he finds an electrical issue which does sound like it could be the issue, however, when i get the bill its ridiculous.. I replaced my IG1 relay which at most is a $7.00 part and they charged me over $100 for parts needed.. and over 200 for labor.. when changing a relay takes 2 minuets. I understand diagnosing the issue takes time, however, it was the shops mistake diagnosing an issue that wasn't there and I shouldn't have been charged for that. Also. they told me they weren't charging me a diagnostic fee. So that price isn't from that. They Also let me know when they disassembled my shifter that they "cleaned it up", but when I got the vehicle home I took apart my shifter and it was not cleaned or did not look to be cleaned. My vehicle is pre owned and whoever owned it previously had dogs. The interior does not have hair everywhere any more, however, when I got into the shifter I found animal fur everywhere in the shifter and solenoid. So Id like to know where they cleaned. Just be careful if you come here. This mechanic shop will charge you for parts and labor like crazy even if they don't do anything.

They charged me an additional $400. to repair their screw up. They treated me like I was stupid and the problem was my fault. The fix did not last long and it was leaking again. They said that they just needed to torque the bolt and it would be good. A few months later it started leaking in the same place. Since they could not fix it within 2 tries I was not going back. I took it to a place in Kennesaw where they looked at it and said that it looked like it had been torqued too much and had bent the cover. Now I had to pay for the full job again and a new cover and this only cost me $460 where as Chrisitan Brothers charged me $980 and messed up my truck. I contacted them and they told me that since I took it somewhere else to get fixed there is nothing that they would do for me. I think that they owe me the full amount that I paid them or at least the difference of what I paid at the Kennesaw repair shop and the amount that they over charged me. I will never go to any Christian Brothers again because I have now had another person that has said she went in for one thing and now they want to charge her over $10,000. STAY AWAY

I was just there to have my front rim and bent tie rod replaced on my semi new 2025 Genesis. To not hit a dog I turned away from it and slid into the curb and damaged my rim and bent the tie rod. Killian did a great job, but Genesis was faulty on the tie rod. They sent the wrong part due to a wrong part number that they acknowledged. All in all was a great experience, and they did not charge for their loaner car.

First, let's start by saying this. $10k spent at this shop for my husband to get handed back a…read moretruck that literally would have killed us had he not known this truck as well as he does and decided something was wrong and slowed down to 2mph. The brake calipers were replaced and they didn't complete the job correctly so a bolt either was not put back in or lock tight was not applied and it backed out causing the caliper to move and get lodged between the rim. Ultimately this destroyed the rip causing it to bust and the truck went off the road. Next, they replaced fuel lines going to the fuel bowl and did not install them properly so diesel was going all over the engine and ground. Luckily, he was able to correct this issue. We lost a half a tank of fuel because we didn't realize it was spraying everywhere until it was too late. Next, the fuel line that was replaced was routed over the valve cover and they did not even take the hard line out that was "replaced" it was just left there! Next, they said they replaced the injector gaskets (with the harness), funny thing- they were informed those had just been replaced. So we knew one had a broken clip in the back and low and behold we get it back and magically that clip is still broken yet it was replaced? They kept the truck for an entire month and still couldn't complete things correctly. Pro: they managed to replace battery cables and terminals correctly. So if this is what you're needing, highly recommend....otherwise GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. As a Navy Veteran myself I expect honor, courage, and commitment from any business just as I give these core values myself in anything I do. This shop has miserably failed to uphold simple values. Communication was poor at best, however the owner did jump in after it hit the month mark and worked on the truck to get it out of the shop for us and he had better communication than the guys he employed. However, in our opinion, your weakest link is also the face of your company just the same as your top mechanic. They are currently "fixing" their mistakes. Will fully update this review once they have corrected and fixed their wrongs.
