7/14/18 - First visit... toilet paper canister was empty and the rolls just put on top. And no toilet seat covers.

I love TJMaxx but this location has let me down multiple times. The bathrooms for one are absolutely atrocious. The diaper changing station looked absolutely horrific. I took pictures the last two times I was there for proof. The associates who work here talk in front of you to each other like you're not there. Today when I was checking out the cashier was talking to the associate next to her about how she was so happy she was getting to leave soon. None of them acknowledged me or even cared I was standing right there. The size of the store is decent, but the clearance section is always a letdown. Their clearance shoe section is a joke, with MAYBE 20 styles in my shoe size every time I go. Hopefully they fix things soon...

While on the hunt for some jeans we decided to stop in at this store to see what they had in stock. When we popped in the place was packed and parking was difficult. The store itself had a decent selection of items but the store itself was disorganized. The items in the store were well priced like other T.J.Maxx store but this store was definitely smaller than other I have been to in the area. In the end we didn't find exactly what we were looking for but it may have just been an off day.

None of the employees greeted us and yet we made eye contact with several of them. We proceeded to the back of the store where the dressing rooms were and asked one of the associates for help. He was a high-school-aged boy and didn't seem very eager to assist us. Throughout the process of trying on the suit, the associate didn't seem to care at all about asking how things were going, offer to get the stock shoes they typically give when trying on suits in-store, or seem at all helpful. My fiance and I will not be using Men's Wearhouse for our suits for our upcoming wedding, not because of the quality, but because of the lack of customer service all of their locations seem to possess.

We walked in and were met with an employee and he checked us in for our appointment. We explained what color we wanted etc and the employee got his manager, Danielle, so she could give us more information about custom suits. The first thing she said to us in a condescending tone was "Why do you need a custom suits". We asked if my fiancé could try on different sizes to feel what was more suitable/comfortable for him. She handed us different sizes and did not show us where he the dressing rooms were. She then went to help another customer. My fiancé also tried to explain to her that the suit jacket did not fit properly. Then the manager went on to tell him that's how all suits fit (which is not true). We felt like she didn't want us to make a purchase or even be there. Her attitude was very cold towards us. We decided to just leave as she was not helpful at all. However, we did go to another store location in Burlington MA and was greeted with kindness and professionalism unlike the Peabody location.

What a dream! I honestly didnt know this store existed but so glad I found it while visiting Salem!…read moreA Goths dream thats for sure. Upon entering, you are greeted by a massive huge open floor plan of everything black, spooky and horror! There was so much too see and I wanted everything! A few photo op opportunies throughout the store. All the employees were super friendly and efficient. I ended up buying a blackcraft hoodie and decorated my own Salem Tote bag. With the purchase of a $35 tote bag, I get one patch free to put on the bag. If I want more, I of course can purchase however many patches I want. Thomas was HUGE HELP and very pleasant. He helped me with the placement if the patches and explained everything in great detail! Once everything is placed in its desired position, he will go ahead and get everything pressed. I loved it! Just the experience made it worth while for me. My very own custom made tote bag. Overall, great time in this store and I highly recommend visiting when you are in Salem. You could easily spend hours here to look at every single thing.

You walk inside and your eyes immediately go up to the enormously gorgeous witch statue that is hanging from the ceiling. I had seen photos and videos, but it is more beautiful in person. It is a tribute to one of the owners and her battle with cancer. The inside is decorated spooky with tons of orange and black everywhere - I wanted to stay here forever. They even had a life size statue of Edgar Allen Poe. They offer a ton of merchandise from apparel to mugs to even stickers and magnets. Everything is pricy as you would expect, but you can only get their items in store so I think it is worth it if you're looking for something unique. BlackCraft Cult also does a haunted house on the weekends during the Halloween season with live scare actors - you can tour it during the week too, but they do not have the actors then. Staff were friendly and helpful! I hope to come back some day to visit again! Check them out!

Not a whole lot of options for men's shoes, but that was my intention. I was looking for Asics, and…read moreI found them. I didn't want a million brands of sneakers, with a million styles. Just simple and limited options. I tried on some shoes, I was in and out in 25 minutes. I just needed shoes for work. What I will say was lovely was finding wide sneakers. I was today-years old finding out I was a size 9 wide. I had gotten sneakers as large as 10.5 because that's all that fit my odd-shaped camel feet lol (especially Converse Chuck's). Growing up I didn't think anything of getting shoes with an inch of space for my toes. My mom always bought shoes that I would grow into so they would last longer, and I continued to shop this way as an adult. I am embarrassed to say this was probably the first pair of proper-fitting shoe's I've ever bought. Well, okay, two pairs. I wanted one pair for work (I work in healthcare and I step in all manner of bodily fluids and gross sh*t all the time, I just avoid getting anything splashed on my kicks at all cost) and one for walks. Anyways a thing that bugs me is being asked to sign up for the loyalty program. I'm tired of being asked that, I buy sneakers once a year (if that), and I just want to buy stuff without being asked for my phone number and email address. No one cares about loyalty programs anymore. Otherwise, open area with plenty of space, a lot of brands available, and geared more towards options for women.
