Came here with my coworkers. I've been here several times, but I haven't been here in over 2 years…read moreso I was nervous that it'd be drastically different because I loved this place. They did change the menu a bit, but it had what I exactly wanted. We ordered the Szechuan Mala Spicy Rice Noodle Bowl w/ Beef Slices, Popcorn Chicken, Shrimp Tempura, and Xiao Long Bao. The noodle bowl is the best. Tons of flavor and ingredients with the vermicelli noodles are just amazing. The popcorn chicken is delicious, nothing special. The shrimp tempura is delicious and has an amazing crunch. The Xiao Long Bao is more of a soup dumpling dim sum style. It was pretty delicious, but it didn't taste really fresh like you'd get from an actual dim sum restaurant. The staff are friendly and fast. Lots of tables to dine at. Parking lot is a bit small, but you can park on the other side of the buildings where there are more parking.

i've been meaning to write this review for a while. this is legitimately the best ramen i've ever…read morehad in my life, and at a reasonable price. i generally get the hot spicy beef w/ ramen noodles, but have tried nearly every combination of meat, noodle, and even some of the non-noodle options such as the general tso's chicken. quick praise for the service, they're quite attentive and kind, always a pleasant experience dining here and love to see the family helping out within the restaurant. ramen: upon first impression, i was genuinely taken aback by how refreshing the broth was. i've tried ramen from many different cities and countries at this point and my general impression of ramen at sit-down establishments is that the broth tends to either skew towards being more umami, fatty, salty, or watery. typically, i wouldn't describe a standard broth as necessarily refreshing, rather satisfying, in a way that itches your typical ramen craving, but not one that leaves you feeling like you could drink this and feel rejuvenated on a hot day. this ramen's broth is refreshing. it's fresh, flavorful, not overly salty nor fatty, yet compliments the flavor of both the noodles, chili oil (optional), and toppings. when i'm away from college station, i genuinely crave this ramen, and from the texture of the noodle to the portion size, this is a 6 star ramen, a gem of college station, in my opinion. personally, i prefer the ramen noodle option over the rice noodle, but i have thoroughly enjoyed the variation of rice noodles with their seafood option. general tso's chicken: this once again is my favorite general tso's variation i've had from the many that i have tried as of yet. the chicken is crisp, flavorful, and the seasoning is very satisfying. as a pair with the fried rice, i would deduct a half point on account of wishing the chicken to rice ratio was more in favor of the chicken as the fried rice, while still excellent, is ever so slightly more peppery and soft than i prefer without the chicken to balance it out. this is a must-try in cstat. get the hot & spicy beef ramen or the chicken, put some chili oil on top of it. you won't regret it! quick note: the traditional crepe is quite expensive but i have heard a lot of praise for it from my chinese friends. eager to try that one day soon.

We ordered the Spicy Beef Ramen Soup, Pork Chop Ramen Soup, Chicken Rice Noodle Stir-Fry, and the Beef Ramen Stir-Fry. We ordered Gyoza for appetizer and they were also crunchy and flavorful. We ordered Thai Tea, but it didn't taste good, like it was watered down. We originally got sent milk tea instead and we thought this was the grossest Thai Tea, but we found out later on that we were given milk tea instead lol. Either way, they both didn't taste good. Portions were all pretty decent for the price. The staff are friendly and fast. Small one way parking lot. Lots of tables to dine on.

I've been here in the BCS area for 4yrs now and we don't really have a lot of Vietnamese restaurant selection here unless you venture out to Houston or other major cities. We just noticed this place driving by so we gave it a try. We ordered the Special Pho, Banh Mi w/ Pork, Grilled Chicken Rice Plate, Spicy Beef Noodle (Bún Bò Hué), Singapore Noodles, Shrimp Summer Roll, Cheese Puffs (Rangoon), and Gyoza. Everything tasted ok. The veggies and vermicelli noodles within the shrimp summer roll was falling out every time I was dipping it into the peanut sauce which didn't naturally come with fish sauce. The pho and spicy beef noodle broth wasn't clear like it should and anyone that knows authentic Vietnamese dishes, knows the broth is everything. The broth was still good, but you can taste the big difference and the portions were lacking. I was expecting a traditional combination pho which had tripe and tendon and a plate with tons of veggies, but instead, got what looked like veggie scraps or leftovers and soup that had little pieces of meats and garnishes . The Cheese Puffs were basically Rangoons, but unusually sweet. The Singapore noodles and chicken rice plate were ok. It was a bit bland so we relied on the fish sauce and shoyu. The banh mi was decent, but there were more bread and pickled veggies than there were meat. The buns seem like it was toasted a while ago so it looked nice and crunchy, but it was actually soft. Overall, pretty disappointing experience especially because I was in the mood for some delicious pho. It was pretty damn cheap considering the amount of food we ordered. We actually accidentally ordered too much banh mi because we misunderstood our waitress and the lunch specials. The staff is super friendly and fast. Located next door to Razoos in this borderline dead business area. We were the only ones in the restaurant at the time. I was bummed that I didn't enjoy my meal. We were starving so we still smashed everything lol, just wasn't what we expected.
