What the phone two months ago at t mobile on airport road in Allentown pa. Within two weeks there was a problem with the phone i went to T-Mobile at another location. The guy did some pushing around on the apps and said, that's all they could do. It should be fixed within 2 weeks. The phone was overheating, the call in speaker wasn't working. The phone was freezing and when I was trying 2. Read pages the phone would not stay focused and kept flittering. Also, when I would try to scroll down the phone would take me right back up to the top of the page.. i went to the Airport Road location where I got the phone last week and they told me it was on warranty that they would order me a new one.I'd have two weeks to pick it up. 4 days later they told me.I had to come pick it up if I didn't pick it up.It would be sent back. I called 611 on my phone because I couldn't get in right away. I work all weekend. They said, no problem will hold it till Monday. So I go in yesterday. A guy named Brandon approached me and asked me what was going on with the phone and I said, read the notes it's all in there, he said, no, it's not what's going on I said I'm not going to go over all this again with you. I want to pick up my phone.. he opens app my account.\n And whatever he has to do, he was doing on his little computer or tablet. Meanwhile, he's humming to the music and moving his body to the music and his pants are hanging down his rear end, like the young kids do so that I could see his underwear.. very, very unprofessional.I was not happy about this because I just bought the come in on my only day off and to top it off.I was charged for the the cost of having the phone mailed to the store.It was a service fee. Granted, it wasn't much, but why should I have to pay for T-Mobile to send a phone to a store?When this wasn't even my fault to begin with, it was their faulty phone.They should pay that so I complained about that. I went over to the assistant manager and I asked if someone else would handle working on my phone and taking care of the issue.She didn't get up off her chair.I said, could I please talk to the manager.Well, she's on a conference call.I said okay, then I'd like a phone number.If your district manager , she gave me a business card that had the store manager on it. She\nDidn't even bother to help with the situation.She just walked away terrible terrible. So Brandon half an hour 45 minutes later. Still can't transfer the information on my phone to the new phone. So I said to him. Why don't you see if someone else can help you? He ignored me so after a little bit. He walks to the back office. He comes back out and he says I'm gonna refund you. The shipping fee I cannot help you. You do what you need to do. And that was that. I walked out. Now i'm stuck with a phone that overheats and doesn't work!! I did notify the Better Business Bureau.And I think the f c c handles something like this for complaint so i'm going to contact them. I did call Samsung to see if they could help me and the only way that can is if I send them my phone which I can't do because I need it. I don't have another phone nor do I know someone who will lend me their phone. What I should have done was read the reviews for this location because they're all 1 or 2 stars. The guy who helped me had an attitude that made me feel like i was a bother. He also talked about fighting his coworkers then started doing pushups in the store next to me while i was waiting. I actually left without getting insurance because i was never offered by the rep and i just wanted to leave the store and i needed a case. I might go to VZ for the case. One thing i do know is that i am NEVER going back! EDIT: i went down to Verizon and bought the case for the new pixel 7 pro i just bought from TMO and the customer service was out of this world! BEWARE, if you go to this location, the manager is very shady she forces to representatives to add lines and features to your account. Sort these reviews by lowest and you'll see!! I worked here and seen first-hand how management and district management laugh at the reviews and then call back the customer with a straight face and lie. It's ridiculous how they treat customers and employees. I'm glad after 18 years. It's finally over. I don't have to deal with the unfairness from the manager Karina , the district manager David and Human Resources is even more pathetic covering everything up. Awful customer service. Came here to switch carriers from Verizon to T-Mobile and was give attitude and no assistance since the T-Mobile sims were purchased online so I was told I had to call the help number. The associate in the store was rude and unhelpful (probably since he wasn't making a sale) and said "nothing they could do" so I spent over an hour calling the help number on my own. The person on the help line (once I go ahold of someone) was able to help activate the sims and port over the numbers. They also informed me the store should of had no issue doing that but the associate in the store didn't even try to help us. read more

Service is not as fast as they claim because they sell their network to low cost cell phone companies instead of making actual Tmobile customers their priority. 15 years and my bill goes up at random without making any changes or adding anything to it. I call to see why and its always their fees Never received a discount for loyalty, never received anything free and customer service is outsourced. Customer service is not helpful. I asked if they have google pixel pro and he said "we only have 6a" then I asked again if they have a pro and he said with a loud tone "NO WE ONLY HAVE 6A" and dropped a call without being nice. I do Not, no not at all, like shopping on Christmas Eve day. The crowds? Ugh! The impatience? Ach! Today I had to take my two young men shopping at T-Mobile Airport Center, Allentown. I had promised to keep, you know the feeling? Donna (or Dona?) are my experience, and the "boys" experience simply the best shopping experience I've ever had! Well, maybe the 2nd best after choosing wedding rings many years ago. She was patient with each, and she answered all but one very detailed technical question. The one answer she didn't have? Well, she raced him looking it up online! My guys live life through the lens of the Autism Spectrum. That can make shopping a trying experience for some sales people. Was a Verizon 4 line account for decades. TMobile coverage is much better than years past, speed great. I'm saving over 60 bucks a month, got 4 free phones and more features included. So far service at least equal or superior here to Verizon. They ported my numbers on the phone in like 5 minutes. Seems like a company that actually wants you as a customer. read more

Got great, helpful service here. I had a huge issue with a phone not shipping and customer service was no help. Even in the store they were pushing back but the store manager took my case to the top and got me help. It was very much appreciated. They had a trainee on the register who messed up a couple of times processing the order - but hopefully she has caught on and they don't have much turnover. Environment is clean and enticing and I always get acknowledged upone entrance. Sometimes there's a good wait - but I'm pretty patient with such matters. The key is they resolved a difficult issue and even went through my plan carefully (I have four phones) to make sure I was getting the best rate possible. Accessories are very over-priced and better bought at box stores or online - but that's not the staffs fault. read more

I was drawn to T-Mobile because of a more reasonable plan they were offering. I have the occasional coverage issue (ie..dropped calls). I can deal with these for the price I'm paying. The store is clean and the staff is great and knowledgeable. But it took them about 2 hours to switch my phone over. Next time I purchase my next phone I will plan accordingly. I also purchased a tablet and they didn't have any accessories for it. I was told that the cover would be ordered. I returned a week later and nothing. I returned a month later and still no accessories. I guess my business was not that important. I will be ordering my accessories online. read more

Poor customer service. Lack of product knowledge. Stay away!

I am very saddened to say that I did not have a great experience today at T-Mobile. From the second I walked in the door, to the second I walked out I felt as if I was being treated with no respect whatsoever. My brother and I went in and clearly stated that we would both like to get our phone screen protectors changed since mine was cracked and his was extremely scratched up. As we have the insurance plan on them saying that we can get them changed as needed, we figured this would not be an issue, especially considering it never had been before. The lady, Donna I believe was her name, gave us nothing but attitude about the fact that we wanted our screens fixed. She continued to say that the screens were not damaged enough to be fixed, and that we needed to tell her that we BOTH wanted our screens fixed when we walked in (which we did do.) I felt as if because we were younger she felt she could talk down to us. She was outright rude to us about the fact that we simply wanted our screens changed. When she was finished she handed both of us our phones and just started. No "have a nice day," she said nothing. It was not as if they had a long line of people waiting to be helped. The workers were all standing around ,chatting when we walked in, and it is no wonder they did not have many customers considering the way the staff treats them. A shame. read more

I called the store to find out about the buy one/get one promotions for i Phones. I had a long conversation with Korinna two nights ago and she told me I would definitely be eligible for the promotion. We discussed all the details and I told her I did not have a smart phone and my current phone was a trac phone. When I went into the store today, I was told by a different sales person (because Korinna was in the back room on lunch) that I would have to trade in an i Phone to be eligible. I made a point of calling before going into the store to go over the details only to be very disappointed by this poor service. read more

But this t-mobile on the other hand is very polite and they always greet you when you come in most of the time what's want they have and are very consistent with their billings in like sprint I would encourage people to go to this location and not the one in the Lehigh valley mall read more

That store is a sad excuse for a business, it is run by totally incompetent and rude employees,I recently purchased I phone x and after my icloud account was hacked and could not receive any emails, because the hacker changed my security questions and passcode, I could not use the phone to its potential, after a week with apple support getting absolutely no help what so ever. they sent me multiple iforgot.apple .com emails to reset my icloud account, but were perplexed as to guide me through it, perhaps they should look for my hacker to offer him or her a position in support so I decided to call tmobile and was advised I can return it because I was in the 14 day policy,and even got a return guarantee text from them,but when I went to the store on airport road ,the manager refused to accept it back because the icloud account must be deleted, and since I cannot do it without the passcode, I paid the phone in full and went right to Verizon and bought a galaxy , so now I will cancel my tmobile account, neither tmobile or apple will take responsibility, the manager at tmobile does not care about any loss of 1 customer, because he doesn't own the store ,if he had half of a brain, he should of returned it and kept a happy customer, and I would of got the galaxy from them, and he could of fought apple for a credit on his part, so in the long run, its a loss for them, read more
