First off, I walked in and the sales lady looks right at me and says nothing as if I'm not there needing help. Few minutes later some guys walk in and she takes their name and puts them on the list for the next available associate as if I wasn't important. I take it upon myself to tell the lady that I need help so she puts me on the list and tells me about 20 mins. The staff at this T-Mobile location are fantastic! The customer service that's I've received from all of the team members has been excellent. T-Mobile surpasses its competitors with their prices and plans. The only issue that I've experienced with this T-Mobile location, and other T-Mobile locations, is the waiting game. Switched to T-mobile today from Verizon all thanks to Dwayne. The staff is super helpful with great personalities and my wait was only 5 minutes. Be prepared to spend a bit of money that day if you want your number ported to your phone. If not they'll still work with you and give you a temporary number, but a good heads up always helps. As long as you make sure you know all the guidelines for them to pay out your contract you'll be good to go. Can't wait to have a new iphone 6 and cheaper bills every month, AND no contract... He has the "the customer is always right" mindset, and is willing to think outside of the box to resolve issues with his customers. Came into this store with an issue I had and ask to speak to the manager... after waiting for 15 mins for one to come out of the back and help the sales rep asked me what my issue was and said he could help.. after 30+mins of working on it the sales guy said the manager would call me in 5 days to let me know what the deal was...YA.. THAT WAS THREE MONTHS AGO. Did a follow up call and "manager wasn't in" they would have her call me the next day...THAT WAS A MONTH AGO. Had a sales associate by the name of Brianne help me last Thursday with getting a phone for a line I had on my account it went great no issues. She also helped me with an issue I had on my other line where I was suppose to have insurance on it but I didn't because someone messed up the IMEI on my phone when I had purchased it, Brianne called corporate to rectify the situation and was very adamant about it; even when corporate was not. She definitely made me feel like I had someone on my side when talking to corporate even though corporate said they couldn't fix my issue, but I was very impressed with the quality of customer service I received at the store level and will be coming back to get the iPhone 7. read more

We bought a "Go-Flip" Alcatel phone for my elderly husband. He has little patience with difficult technology. The manual in the box was of very little help. I also downloaded the Alcatel Manual for the Go-Flip phone. Decided to give T-Mobile a try with the over 55 plan for 2 lines. Walked in and immediately was helped by James Y. We were bringing phones from Sprint and he changed everything over so easily. Really nice guy. He is very knowledgeable about the products and I felt very comfortable walking out of the store knowing I made the right decision switching to T -Mobile. This store makes me want to leave t-mobile i been with them for about 5 years they cant even answer your calls or even have a simple voice mail system this is more of a tmobile connection with the same service you would probably receive at a flea market they cant afford a voicemail system but there real fast to take my money did a warranty exchange and the reps there cant even remember the simple task of telling me to disabled the find my iphone feature and the company waits till i call and see what going on with my phone dont waste your time here youve be warned ! read more

I am very disappointed in this location! I have been a customer of 5 years and never had a problem until now! To make a long story short I have another phone that had been defected internally. Under warranty it is covered for a $5 exchange! So I go into this location and talk with one of the managers (blond hair blue eyes ) I didn't catch his name. Anyway I told him what was going on with my phone it was currently disabled I had to go home and restore it and restart and clear my phone, so I did and then when I came back to the store he then said he couldn't find my indicator that shows water damage to proceed with the warranty exchange being that it was 'policy' little did he know that the indicator is located in a completely different spot then he was looking for which was where the charge connector is in the phone you can clearly see that there was no water damage! He basically said he wouldn't proceed with exchange! So I called customer service and explained everything and how inconvenient he made it for me to go back in forth to the store without stating the policy the first time I was there and how poor his customer service was! So I'm really happy that I had called the customer support because they took care of this no problem and is sending me my new exchange strait to my house which he said they could never do lol ... I will never step foot in this location. Ever!! Very bad customer service. read more

Bought an LG G2 from them shortly after the debacle with ATT that i suffered. Had some issues with the phone which really wasnt their fault, and they were pleasant and courteous, perhaps more than they really should have been. I was upset about my phone purchase but their sales rep, Sergio, was extremely nice about the issue and pledged to make it right. He maintained composure and his customer service etiquette despite my anger over the phone issue and in hindsight i really appreciate that. Such has not always been the case with customer service staff/sales reps. The next day Sergio was off duty and i had to deal with Joel (a manager) to finish off the transaction who was also very pleasant and helpful. I have to admit, the T-mobile service (so far) has been "adequate with room for improvement", but that store is full of all stars. read more

When I first went into this store I walked away happy, I had pre-ordered my new galaxy S5 and couldn't wait to pick it up. Sure enough I went into the store the day of the release, I was expecting to walk out with my new phone, boy was I wrong! Not only did they not have my phone, but they told my I never pre-ordered it! I was then told that I stated that I was going to come in early the day of the launch and get it, which doesn't make sense because I wouldn't have gone in there a week early for nothing What would be the point if I knew I was going to stand in line like everybody else who didn't pre-order?!? Then the icing on the cake.... I was fed up with the store so I decided to call T-Moibile and square everything up. They calmed me down and said they would overnight me the phone for free. I decided that was fair and patiently waited for my phone. The day came that I was going to have my phone delivered.....and nothing... So i waited two more days....and still nothing...... I decided to call them again, and as it turns out, they lost the security code for my card that they were going to charge and never processed the order! I am not one of those people that have to have the phone the first day it comes out, its just a phone, ill survive. Its just the principle of the matter! I paid my dues, went in a week early, ordered it, and then when that didn't work out I decided to give T-Mobile another try, sometimes things happen, we are all human, but the lack of concern for their customers is pitiful. read more

For the most part, the employees are nice and friendly. But I will say if your sales lady is Rachel, beware. She takes pictures of customers while she is helping them. She took a picture of myself and my underage child and texted it to someone while we were standing there. I did confront her but of course she denied it. I think she was so high on drugs, she could barely talk straight. It's very disappointing since I have been with tmobile for 10 years. If she is the one that wants to help you, be sure to ask for someone else. read more

I dont regret not one moment ditching Sprint for T-mobile! Their service has been a big breath of fresh air! When we walked in two months ago my husband and I was fed up with Sprint. We were immediately greeted by Sergio. He seemed really friendly and explained to us the whole bundle of breaking up with your carrier and starting up the process with T-mobile. After sounding interesting to us, we started the process! everything that Sergio explained to us was exactly how it is! we are paying way less than at Sprint. Unfortunately there was something wrong with the system that we couldn't get our phones that night but soon enough the next morning Sergio scheduled us to come in and we walked in and there he was to greet us with our phones. He helped us switch over our contacts and pictures and we were on our way. Thank you T-mobile for having excellent associates and excellent service. The only downside is that you have to wait a long time to receive your prepaid card to pay for your previous carrier cancellation fee. Unfortunately some people are sent to central collections because of this wait. read more

Do not go to the antioch store! The employees lie about the plans so you are stuck with them. I bought a phone for my 14 year old son on the premise I could shut the phone off at anytime if I needed to take it away. Thats why I went to a cell place with no contracts.... so they say. I told the sales rep what I was looking for and he said no prob. Ibset up service and left happy. Then the first bill came... I paid it but the phone got shut off. The customer service was poor when I called to find out why. They lost my payment and said it would take 3 days to try and locate it. Meanwhile I had a 14 year old home alone with no phone because of their mistake. They could do nothing. So now they are stating I never paid them. I also found out they ran my credit after saying they wouldn't. Ive been with sprint, verizon, metro and at&t and I have to say this company takes the cake for scamming and not working with you. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I say run the other direction if I were you. read more

This place was AWESOME! Everyone was very welcoming and very honest about the information they were providing, which I liked the best. Going from Sprint to T-Mobile was defiantly the best decision we could have made! We were with Sprint for over 15 years and we finally realized it was time to go with a service that actually works. Too many dropped calls, slow internet, and systematic problems with our previous Sprint lines, I'm glad we finally made the change. Kurtis was awesome from the moment we walked in! He was super friendly, very informative, and offered 5 start quality service. Leo and David were also very helpful and had the answer to every question I had. They were also super funny which made my waiting time go by super fast! If I could give these guys 100 stars I would. I'm so glad Kurtis was able to set us up with a better plan than we had with Sprint, I look forward to experiencing all of the benefits T-Mobile has to offer.
