Alma stole me away from Verizon. I went in to get some additional info on the veterans discount program. Alma was by far the best customer service person I've ever dealt with at a cell store. She was patient, she has tremendous product knowledge that she communicated in a straight forward easy to understand format. She answered all of my questions regardless of how elementary. She knew all the phones capabilities and features inside and out. After awhile Alma had removed any reason I could find to say no. I ported my number over from Verizon and opened my account with 5 lines for my family. Alma is fantastic and should be considered for promotion going forward. I hated every time I ever had to go into a Verizon wireless store. I had been with Verizon for almost 10 years. Alma was such a breath of fresh air. Thank you. read more

Absolutely horrible service. My family and I walked in the store, there were 3 employees helping 2 customers. We weren't even acknowledged or welcomed. I went in and switched over from metro pcs to T-Mobile. Their customer service was awesome! I would definitely recommend them. I walked in and they all had smiles on their faces and answered all of my questions. If you go in ask for Steve, Jordan or Kim. They all had excellent customer service. read more

Do not and I mean do not purchase phones/plans at this location!! Our sales rep Monique lied to us more than once and the assistant manager covered up for her when I went back questioning some of the things Monique had done. First it started with the promotion that was going on it was get 2 iPhones or 2 Samsung phones get the 2nd half off but Monique informed us that because we weren't putting a down payment we were not eligible to get that discount... Okay then we had no problem with that. She then informed us that cases were half off! Woohoo! So we purchased 3 cases and they were not half off our discount was 5-10 dollars off each case. A couple days later I reviewed all the paper work and that's when I noticed the phone cases receipt said down payment!! So I went back to the store to return one of the over priced otter boxes they sold me and I asked the asst manager if what I thought I had paid fully for the cases was actually a down payment she first replied Yes! Then changed her mind and said no no and went through with the return. Not happy with her answer I contacted corporate and the rep informed me that they were down payments! And after the 24 months we would be paying $154 on phone cases alone!! I informed her that Monique had told us it was a "discount" and the rep was able to get that removed of our bill. A different rep then noticed we were paying full price for 4 phones which she thought was not fair due to the promotion that was going on. I informed her of what Monique had told us and the rep said that was not true down payment or not everyone gets that discount! So to make up for Monique's bs I was told to go back to the store return all the phones and repurchase with the discount or just simply allow my discount to be having one of the iPhones paid off. I picked the second option. From now on I'll take the reps advice and call them instead of going to the store! read more

T- mobile is seriously the worst wireless provider I have ever encountered. After leaving verizon we tried to take our phones over to t-mobile. We were told it would be ok and it would work. So we established two lines. The rep. On the phone said it's all set you'll get the Sim cards on wensday. Wensday come no Sim cards. We call and they say we need to go into the store for further verification. We go to the store and come to find out the account was never established. Stupidly we go forward and established a account...little did we know what was about to come. The phones would not pick up the network. We were told to go home and call customer service. We went home called got everything up and working. We wanted to port our numbers. It took 7 trys to get them to successfully port my husbands number. I wake up in the morning call my husband and he says that my number is wrong ....It's off by one digit. Come to find out they ported the wrong number and canceled my line. I call customer service try and get it straighted out still was not getting service. Then I go into the store and they switch out my Sim card. It's all working ,I leave get home and nothing works agian. Come to find out they canceled my line AGIAN. Needless to say I will never do that agian. I have never been treated so poorly and had such half assed work. Extremely incompetent. Ended up going back to verizon. read more

Went in to replace a phone for my daughter, we've been customers with T-Mobile for over 10 years. They started ringing everything up and were charging a $20 "service fee". I asked what that was, she said all of the stores did it. i asked if ordering it off the web site had the same fee because I knew it didn't. She said she didn't know and acted really nervous. She kept going into the back room to "ask" and finally said that no, ordering online didn't charge this suspicious "fee". I walked out and ordered the phone online with no fee. These people are rip-off artists. read more
