Based on what we were told in the store, we switched from T-Mobile and upgraded our devices. Unfortunately, the experience since then has been extremely frustrating. Our monthly bill should be around $167 (confirmed later by a Verizon billing representative), yet our first three bills were approximately $340, $340, and $370. That's hundreds of dollars in overcharges. To make matters worse: * Insurance was added to our account without our authorization * The $1,200 promotional credit that was promised when we signed up was applied in a way that simply covered inflated bills rather than fixing the billing error * We've spent three months trying to get this corrected The reps who assisted us, Juan and Amani, have repeatedly told us to "wait another billing cycle," but have not provided any actual resolution. We've visited the store multiple times and called customer service, and each time we're told to wait again. At this point: * We have been overcharged hundreds of dollars * We have a reference number for the issue * We have filed a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission because the issue remains unresolved On top of the billing issues, the cell service itself has been disappointing compared to what we had previously, which makes this situation even more frustrating. After three months of trying to resolve this, we are requesting a full correction and refund of the overcharges. If this is not resolved soon, we will be cancelling the account. If you're considering opening a business account here, I strongly recommend getting every detail in writing and watching your bills very closely.

When I went back inside to complain she said there was nothing she could do for a refund, but just forgot to give me the items, which I never wanted. There is no one else in the store to complain to. My husband went there earlier in the day for a new service line; she uncharged him 150. She banks on you not reading your receipt and charging for items you never asked for. Be careful.

There was a staff member who kept checking in and being kind, helpful, friendly. Then there is dylan, he could not act any more unwelcoming. He seemed tired, aloof, uninterested, short, and a bit rude honestly. I can get past not knowing how to do everything and being new but this was past that. Consistently checking his phone and not communicating at all the process or progress of the service we had come in for. Safe to say I'll only go to the att in la habra.
