Cellular City Phone Repair was referred to me by my father who has always had great experiences with the owner, James. Now having conducted business with him, what I can say is that James is a gentleman who provides very fair prices, great service, and super helpful tips. I called in the schedule an appointment early in the morning and he encouraged me to come in, so he could inspect my phone to get a better understanding of what my problems were. He saw me immediately, and gave me a turnaround time of about four hours. Given this wasn't scheduled in advance, and when I returned to the store he was just finishing up, I couldn't have been more pleased to have my phone functioning normal again. After receiving payment, he mentioned that I should call back if any issues occurred after the service.
