This is almost as bad as Comcast. The only difference is that you can skip the automated voice on the comcast customer support line, and you can't skip our sales reps voice. Both will still waste 2 hours of your time getting 1 simple task done, helping other people in line behind you, and having annoying music playing in the background while you are waiting. When we first came in we were greeted by Chris, which was helping another customer at the time. We waitesd patiently and he let us know that he'd be right with us. He was attentive and caring enough to let us know that he'd be right with us even though the customers he was helping asked unending questions! Once it was our turn to be helped he did everything he could to assist us. Unfortunately we couldn't get the $50 switch deal and Chris couldn't figure out why. Chris helped us in getting our accout # from the old phone company and was able to switch my son's service over seamlessly! Although I spent way more money than I wanted to, Chris was a big help and his customer service is amazing. Kudos! I gave 4stars because of the $50 deal. It gets you to come in the store but it doesnt apply to 90% of ppl and there is no explanation why!

They had no other batteries. They reached out to the Columbia Best Buy which had the correct battery, but couldn't get to mine that day because "they had other phones to work on." They then incorrectly informed me that the Annapolis Apple Store had the correct battery, which they did not. They couldn't even process my refund correctly and charged me for making my phone completely non-functional! I spoke to both the Geek Squad and store managers who did nothing to help me and acted as if they bore no responsibility for putting a dead battery in my phone. They kept saying they offered me multiple options to get my phone fixed, but when I asked which option would result in my phone getting fixed that day, they can no idea. This was even after I informed them I needed my phone for work. This on top of generally slow service, awkward interactions, and huge lines at the Geek Squad area. I did not feel cared for as a customer and will not be going back.

Two days later I received a used ATT router at my house. I called the store and Duane Paul told me to take the router to a UPS store to return to ATT.
