I ordered a new phone online through Verizon and had trouble setting it up, so I made an appointment at this store for help. From the moment I walked in, I felt uncomfortable. Four employees were just sitting around, and not one greeted me. It felt like my presence was a burden. I explained that I had an appointment and needed help setting up my phone. One of them immediately asked if I bought it through Apple. I said no--it was through Verizon--and that I just needed a little help. I mentioned I had already tried using Verizon's online chat but was still having issues. They told me I needed a PIN, which I had never set up. I told them I was logged into my account, but they insisted they couldn't help unless I called a number to set it up. The person "helping" me wouldn't even listen or offer any real assistance. Then another employee jumped in and was extremely rude, telling me I needed to listen because they were the experts. I left the store in tears. When I got home, I called Verizon's helpline, and a kind representative walked me through setting up my PIN in minutes--something the store staff could have easily done if they had any sense of customer service. I will never go back to this location. I wish I had read the other reviews first--it would have saved me the frustration and wasted time. Clearly the owner doesn't care if you see their responses to all of the negative reviews and nothing has changed. Do better.

I also wanted to replace my battery two years ago but Gilbert advised that the health wasn't that low for it to make much difference. Fast forward to my phone dying at 20% out of nowhere and he replaced it. Now it's a 4yr old phone operating with 100% battery health. Really respect his honesty at the initial time I wanted to replace it and telling me to hold off, saving my bucks until it was actually necessary.

When I was there, there was a line going out the door because it was taking them so long to do even routine tasks.

My laptop took a whopping 240-watt power supply. I called the local Best Buy and had no luck. Since it was a specialty cord, I decided I needed consultation from local tech shops hoping maybe they had something laying around they could sell to me. Problem was it was a Sunday afternoon on a holiday weekend. I must've called a dozen computer repair tech shop before I finally reached Matt at Super PC. Matt was surprised to hear my laptop needed such a large power supply, he asked for my laptop specs to verify it took 240-watt himself. He was super knowledgeable and empathetic to my situation. He asked for my number and told me he'll check around. As promised, he called me and said he found my cord at a store south of his location in Goleta. He even offered to ride his motorcycle to pick up the cord and deliver to the wedding for a great rate. Wow! I've never experienced such excellent customer service than what Matt provided.
