Our wasn't busy so we didn't have to sign in. Staff was friendly, helpful and very quick but could be due to us returning equipment. We were in and out around 1pm on a Friday afternoon. The parking situation is horrible. Since it is connected to order major businesses, it's a nightmare trying to get in and out.

He didn't signal anyone to come help, just took his time chatting. I'm here to pick up on online order, that I was text notified to pick up, I checked in at the kiosk, and was waiting for someone to even greet me. Silence. And, the kiosk said that 6 people were in front of me, when I am the only customer in the store. So insulting and rude. So sick of this store. It's always a time suck, with an air of apathy everytime.
