She is definitely eye candy, so go and gawk. But don't waste your money or time with AT&T who has yet to meet the demands of a changing market. There's a new (and very fragile) connection to the iTouch / home button which is easy to break - which I did. I also managed to break the ribbon connection when trying to install the new battery. I went to the mall to see what my options were for a new iPhone. As luck would have it, I noticed The Fix which is near the SEARS entrance on the second floor. The gentleman was friendly and said he could repair the phone. I returned with the phone. Battery, screen, home button and a new glass protector installed in 15 minutes and for a very reasonable price. Very happy to have this service here. She chose the delivery and install and so we waited and the washer came she was so excited and then the bad news came and they said "OH NOPE WE CANT INSTALL YOU NEED TO REPLACE YOUR PIPES UNDER THE SINK" they didn't even look at the old washer to see the drain hose and water hook up were right there still connected to old washer. So they left and I called Best Buy and explained to them what happened and they were confused as to why they left without installing the new washer and so I told her that they said we need to call a plumber and replace our pipes and she said ABSOLUTELY NOT ITS JUST A SWITCH OUT so she sent 2 guys out yesterday and they were supposed to be prepared for hooking up the new washer but again it was the same thing the first thing they asked my MIL was where is the pipes? So they look and the main guy says NO WE CANT INSTALL BECAUSE THE DRAIN HOSE ON NEW WASHER WONT FIT So I said take your Washer and give my MIL her money back. The price was great the washer was beautiful but the delivery people made Beat Buy look pretty bad so they left and left the washer to be picked up on Friday So out of curiosity i said to myself after they left "I wonder if I can hook it up" im pretty hands on so I disconnected the drain hose and I sized up the one on the new washer and they were the same size and BOOM DONE I CONNECTED IT AND C LAMPED IT HOOKED IT UP! Why don't they just do it themselves? Why such a big fuss? Never again... oh and I was able to fix our washing machine with the help from troubleshooting and putting in the dial code I reset it and now it's working perfectly fine again.
