These guys are so bad…read more... #1 - they charged me $458 twice and they are saying that it didn't happen. It's ok- I'm charging back. #2 - they claimed they were installing an OEM battery but it turned out they installed a cheap and USED aftermarket battery. It blew up in my phone, and damaged my screen. #3 - the screen protector they used peeled off after 4 days. #4 - they did not reinstall weather sealing back despite the original issue being water damage. #5 - they refused to help correct it without a receipt. This isn't 1999. They use a computer to process my card and have what I purchased but they kept saying "why you no have receipt". This was 10 days ago.. They have a POS (Clover) which tracks what I ordered, but they would not look it up. They said "maybe come back tomorrow and maybe my boss will let you buy a new battery and will install for free". Avoid this place. It's a scam and they do a lousy job.

She chose the delivery and install and so we waited and the washer came she was so excited and then the bad news came and they said "OH NOPE WE CANT INSTALL YOU NEED TO REPLACE YOUR PIPES UNDER THE SINK" they didn't even look at the old washer to see the drain hose and water hook up were right there still connected to old washer. So they left and I called Best Buy and explained to them what happened and they were confused as to why they left without installing the new washer and so I told her that they said we need to call a plumber and replace our pipes and she said ABSOLUTELY NOT ITS JUST A SWITCH OUT so she sent 2 guys out yesterday and they were supposed to be prepared for hooking up the new washer but again it was the same thing the first thing they asked my MIL was where is the pipes? So they look and the main guy says NO WE CANT INSTALL BECAUSE THE DRAIN HOSE ON NEW WASHER WONT FIT So I said take your Washer and give my MIL her money back. The price was great the washer was beautiful but the delivery people made Beat Buy look pretty bad so they left and left the washer to be picked up on Friday So out of curiosity i said to myself after they left "I wonder if I can hook it up" im pretty hands on so I disconnected the drain hose and I sized up the one on the new washer and they were the same size and BOOM DONE I CONNECTED IT AND C LAMPED IT HOOKED IT UP! Why don't they just do it themselves? Why such a big fuss? Never again... oh and I was able to fix our washing machine with the help from troubleshooting and putting in the dial code I reset it and now it's working perfectly fine again.

A few years ago, my phone charging port was not working right in and I was in the process of getting new phones and changing providers. He couldn't repair it. He hooked me up with a gadget to charge my phone till I got the new ones. Today I stopped by because every time I plugged my cellphone auto charger into my saddlebag port on my Indian Chieftain motorcycle, it knocked the FM radio right out. All FM. I also have had issues in my truck with certain FM stations using these cheapo chargers. I showed Ibrahim when I brought my bike in today, and he said............"I'll be right back". Brought out his auto charger and BOOM. All good. It takes A to C and C to C cables also! It was the cheap dollar store chargers that were causing all the interference. I had also bought some quality in home wall chargers from him when I got new phones. They work GREAT. He sells "the good stuff" but much cheaper than the phone dealers. I bought 2 of these new auto chargers for our vehicles and 1 for my bike. When my current major carrier contract runs out I may go with a service that he provides because he treats you right and makes sure he can help you. If he can't fix your phone, he can put you in something else. Highly recommend.

With that said, the folks who own the Authorized Retailer in Marlborough are different, and much for the better. They don't charge everyone for everything (literally the other auth. retailers all charge everyone way more than the company stores) Staff working when I stopped here were friendly, kind, helpful, and informative. I would highly suggest this AT&T Store to anyone and everyone, no need to make the further away trip to the company store at the Solomon Pond Mall, coming here is not a problem whatsoever. It is a third party store not associated with AT&T. They will do anything they can to get you out of store. Other customer had purchased phone that had problems within day and they basically made her wait 90 mins with me only to tell her she would have to go to Apple store because they would not exchange phone. And also wanted to charge her restocking fee. Two employees but only one worked. Don't trust Carlos! Complete crap store!
