Had no phone for 24 hours, kept getting the runaround online. Came here and was assisted by Alex, a very personable, knowledgeable young lady, who had this mess straightened out in 15 minutes. This is my go to store now. If you need products or service, come here and ask for Alex. Shes great and will help you out. You'll be pleasantly surprised.

Verizon corporate doesn't care about their customers like me who are over a certain age limit and basically if you are trying to reestablish Services, good luck with that because they're not paying attention. Most of the customer service is outsourced overseas and then when you do, tell them that you're trying to pay a bill like I'm trying to do right now they put you in a loop and I got into a argument with a lady who was not listening to me who was supposed to be the person to help me solidify the payment on the account but instead put me into a loop and I never got anything accomplished. That's why I left Verizon because they don't care about their customers and I used to have Verizon three times and the third time I was done I'm never coming back to the store. I would never recommend them. They do not respect their customers that are at a certain age they discriminate. I have yet spoken to anyone from corporate regarding the real problem with Verizon that's why I will never ever recommend them. Maybe they'll respond to this and I'll get resolution. Finally fingers crossed.

4 years ago I took my phone here to get repaired, it was broken worse when it was returned. The…read morewarranty that was included with the work was used. The problem got even worse after that and he then told me that he would not be attempting anymore repairs or paying for the damages. Fast forward 4 years to today, I bring a tablet by because I had no other option as I was visiting my mother in the area and needed it for work. I took another chance, and this is how it worked out: I have to purchase a new iPad out of pocket and the same guy from before told me that he is not responsible for repairs failing once the device leaves the store. You may be able to find a cheap deal or two here but I would stay far away from the repair counter if I were you. Twice this has happened to me alone. Don't believe the good reviews, they are not genuine and I have the transaction history to prove it. Beware.
