Can't go lower than 1. Poor speeds down to .25mb/s at times, TV pixelated and buffering. An in the middle of 4 towers and have tried all 4 and no way can they provide constant speed. They said they might fix next year. read more

Me and my daughter went to T-Moblie in Tinley Park on Harlem ave. I have to give the this guy name ACE some KUDOS. "Standing Ovation" ( hands clapping) His customer service skills are amazing. He has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable about the phone services. He was very attentive to me and my daughter needs. One last thing I can say about ACE is that he listen to his customers. He let me and my daughter express our needs and concerns and from there he learned our needs and determine how he can help us. Today me and my daughter said goodbye to sprint and hello to T-mobile. So I went to this place on wensday because I was getting a new and I had my daughter with me so basically they were more focus on helping with my phone then my daughters they gave her a bad SIM card but kept saying that it was just her phone so we decided to put the SIM card in a new phone but long story short it didn't work in the new phone so we had to go up there and get a new sim but the guy was being an a** so we walked out and went to a different t-mobile read more

IF I COULD GIVE THIS 0 I WOULD!!!! I should have read this before I even went there. I bought a phone n August & the girl who was trainig at the time apparently didnt roll my insuranec over to the new phone even though I said I wanted it & I greed to it when she went over it. So I go in yesterday to get a new screen protector because mine cracked & was told I NEVER had insurance. So my $1100.00 Iphone was not insured & I shoudl have noticed within 14days of buying the phone. I dont get a bill & its paid auto deduct so why would I check a bill when it should have the insurance I asked for. So since the idiot that no longer works there messed up it doesnt matter to bad you cant get insurance now. So when I am explaining to the guy at the store he was a total a** & did nothing but piss me off more. So I had to buy another screen protector & he puts it on for me. We came here to upgrade our IPhone 6, which was in good condition other than a screen replacement and some normal wear and tear scratches for an IPhone . Very disappointed that they told us that our phone would not qualify for trade in? They mentioned that it was ineligible based on the screen being replaced by a third party. Ironic being that we were advised by another t mobile employee to get the screen repaired at this particular business and come back and receive the upgrade! Well, we decided to stop at this T-Mobile because it was closer to us and they gave us a hard time. Very poor customer service !! So we then drove over to the other location and received the upgrade no problem !!! We will do all our business at the Orland location from now on ! read more

Went in looking to replace two old phones. Since they were for my teens I did not want to spend the money on brand new $300 and up phones. I walked in and ask them to show me refurbished phones, to which a girl whom seemed to be in charged quickly replied that they don't sell refurbished phones in the store. I happened to mention to her that I got my current refurbished phone there. So I looked instead for a replacement, after I found one model that I like I asked them how much it was and they pointed that It would be $5 per month, I asked for two to which the same girl replied that they don't have those in stock. Ok, so can you look in your computer to see what store carries them I asked. Her reply was No and that I could google it and find the phone number and address of the stores and call myself. Fortunately a young man who was also there working did look on the computer and found a couple of addresses to other T-mobile stores, he tried to use the store phone but again the girl in charge said that he could not use the phone. So he used his own cell phone to call, I thank him for trying even though his boss was SNOOTY and needs to freshen up on customer service skills. You can bet I will be spreading the word to everyone I know not to do business with this location. read more
