The onsite team and 1800 team are basically completely different businesses they claim, and offer all sorts of confusing, layered, and underhanded tactics. After going back to the store, I was basically told "it's all taken care of right" after spending hours on the phone with Verizon 1800. Bottom line, just call the 1800 number and save yourself all this layered garbage that I had to personally unravel at my time and expense.

I went in for a simple part swap on my build and they were able to help with much more after I explained my PC's issues. They kept me in the loop during their services with what stress tests/diagnostics they would be running and if they found anything.
