I was stressed and very very upset because i was unable to use my phone for weeks, and when i went to the Verizon store to reconnect my service to my new phone, Ruben was absolutely so wonderful. He let me talk his ear off about all the troubles i was dealing with over my phone. He was so kind to let me call Verizon off of one of their phones, and continued to help me even when the representative couldn't. He was so patient and attentive and helped me out so much.
