Unfortunately I am stuck paying for the plan because I got a new a brand new iPhone with them before trying out the service with them but I can't stand the reception, you're constantly at two bars unless you're on someone's WiFi, a page takes almost 3 minutes to load and when I try to call them and tell them how unsatisfied I was with the service the only solution was to buy more coverage and WiFi routers. Basically a "pay to play" service. I really regret changing to Verizon.

Every customer service number does not work unless you say you want to buy something, otherwise the voice-bot refers you to their website. When you get to their website, you can open a chat with another voice -bot! I was finally able to get through to a live agent because I said I wanted new service. I only needed a packing label to return equipment. I'm hoping I'll receive the return box as promised. My fear is they'll charge my mom for not returning it timely. Horrible horrible company... do better Verizon!!

They are soley focused on sales and the employees there will do whatever they can to hustle you into a different plan or phone. If it's anything else you need assistance with, they brush it off not willing to really resolve your problem. I've tried to ask for help with issues with my sim card, but keep getting a runaround or bs excuse redirecting me to reach out to the actual corporate store. There's a reason why this location has changed ownerships throughout the years, it's just better to go to the actual Verizon corporate store off on Tustin Street in Orange.

Shady representative…read more Damien who seemed to be professional and caring was in fact untruthful and treated my concern with a backwards attitude. I entered the store to add a few devices onto my plan and later on found that I was going to be charged for a device I had never received. After reviewing my bill and noticing the unrecognized device, I called the store and spoke with Damien to explain my concern. He proceeded to tell me that the device is not on my bill even when I could clearly see that the device was on my bill via the Verizon app. He then assured me that I will no longer be charged for the device and that it will not be present, and he also promised a $150 credit towards my next bill to compensate for the unexpected charges. It's been about 2 weeks now and I still have that same device showing up on my next estimated bill. Not only that but he never documented that the $150 credit was to be applied towards my next bill. I found out all this after calling Verizon directly. Not only that, at the time I had the authorized devices added onto my plan, he had applied a promotional credit of $220 and did a reversal of the credit the same day! What a scummy move. Again, all of this was brought to my attention after calling Verizon directly myself to figure what went wrong. Avoid this store and any kind of interaction with Damien. He will smile in your face but is quick to stab you in the back. Damien you have waste so much of my time, money and energy. Go flip some burgers or something because clearly being a representative is not a suitable job for you with that attitude you gave me when I had confronted you with your mistakes. I know my review might not change anything about the store or Damien himself, but I do hope that this will help anyone from being unfortunate enough to endure the same inconveniences I had to go through.

I purchased a hotspot device from this store, trusting the staff to set me up with something that would actually work at my home address. Instead, they knowingly used a different address in their system just to qualify the sale -- even though they were fully aware the service would NOT work where I live. From day one, the internet barely worked. I went back multiple times and was repeatedly told the issue was my plan -- that I needed to upgrade for better speeds. I trusted their guidance and ended up paying more and more over the course of October, November, and December. I even upgraded to their highest plan, thinking it would finally fix the issue. It never did. They had me moving the device all over my apartment, troubleshooting, and basically making me believe the problem was on my end -- when in reality, they knew from the beginning that the service was not compatible with my location. When I finally contacted customer service, I was told that multiple customers had complained about the exact same situation at this store. That says everything. I returned to the store to resolve it, but the manager has avoided me for months. Calls were not returned. Messages were ignored. I was even given an email address that led nowhere. After spending around $300 on equipment and service that never worked, I was offered absolutely nothing -- no refund, no accountability, nothing. This is not just poor customer service -- this feels intentionally deceptive. Selling a product you know will not work at a customer's address, then pushing upgrades to take more money, is unacceptable. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this location double-check EVERYTHING and be extremely cautious. Based on my experience, I would not trust this store to give honest or accurate information. Very disappointing experience.

I have gone into this store on Orangethorpe in Fullerton 3 times now and they claim to "fix it" and the issue still persists. The workers there are lazy and incapable and just try to get people out as quick as they can. They are LAZY it's just that simple
