Physical customer routing. Tooooooo slow even with multiple staff. There should be a streamline worker to check-in & out customers needing quick services or just purchasing accessories and picking up phones. We dont always want or need you to troubleshoot. Blame it on Saturdays .....but this seems to be a pattern. AND if u know there's heavy traffic Saturday's & u tell customers that - wouldn't u want2 fix that problem????? NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!!! The rep says they have to help in the order checked in + floor runners can't help customers - she was directing line staff - .... waited almost 2.5 hrs just to drop off & pick-up a warranty exchange - and still couldn't get the eSIM setup- pissed me and a few others that needed the same thing OFFFFFF!!! That took less than 5 minutes to give me the phone, not set it up and me leaving.... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE---- I'll never return to this store--- thinking about leaving Tmobile all together--- being that I cam barely use my phone at my house!!!!!! Customer service has been great. The workers are friendly. Store is clean. This the location I would go to pickup T-Mobile Tuesday thank you gifts when offered. Thank you T-Mobile. I love some of the perks such as 4 FREE WiFi and streaming per month while flying with the airlines. This has been amazing! I take advantage of this savings monthly. Also offered is FREE Triple A roadside service and much more. International calls offered at additional cost. I pay a decent bill approximately $60 monthly which includes my phone. I am happy with T-Mobile so far. read more

We have been a customer of T-Mobile before it was T-Mobile. And normally I am treated like queen Elizabeth not Elizabeth A UNTIL today. When I walked in, two workers were seated not doing anything and the place was empty (3:30 8/10/24) I asked, "Will you please replace my screen protector." To which Emburto(?) replied, "We don't do that here." They've always have done that. We have always had great customer service. "If I do it for you now, you'll come back and ask me to for you again." My jaw dropped. I said, "You aren't even doing anything!" Turned around, shaking my head and walked out. Called Corporation and filed a complaint. Came in around 3pm the other day, we were greeted and told someone would be with us soon. After 45 minutes we were told we could do it all in our phone through T-Life. During that time people that came in after us were helped even though we were told we would be next. We came to this store since it is a corporate store and we ended up wasting time waiting for help that wasn't coming. Once we did everything through the app ourselves we then had to wait for them to actually pull our order yet everyone was busy helping people that were after us. I stopped in to upgrade several phones and devices. Akash was the young man that helped us and he made everything super easy and painless. It was probably the best experience I've had at a T-Mobile store and I've been a customer on and off for 8 years (I had a brief move to AT&T due to coverage a few years back... big mistake). Today we upgraded 3 phones and two Apple Watches. It's no surprise.. the devices aren't cheap. Fortunately, we took advantage of some promos and trade-in options. I don't blame the carriers for the cost of devices, I really blame the device manufacturers. Freaking Apple anything is so expensive and while I hate the price, I love the product, and I know what to expect. The entire T-Mobile team was on point this afternoon. Helpful, engaged, and most importantly, HONEST! At no point in time did I feel like they were trying to upsell me or hassle me. Sorry I had to write a second one. Came in today to help my sister get a new phone. The dude who made THIS particular visit stellar was JD. JD immediately greeted us kindly upon entering the store, and once we were up in line, he took his time to make my sister feel comfortable with what she was doing, explained everything clearly, and engaged us in a way where the stuff he was doing that can take a bit of time seemed to FLY BY. He had so much to do to activate the phone, ring us up, and find stuff, but the whole time he was engaging and cool. I bought my boyfriend a new iPhone 11 for Christmas, was having some issues with it concerning the activation. He went inside this location hoping someone could help him with the receipt. After an associate AND a manager, they told him "can't help you because of a tax difference" between where we purchased the phone and where their location was. Ummmm what?! I've purchased items in other states and came back to WA and returned, despite the tax difference. What BS! I don't care about a percentage refund, more concerned about a working phone I paid for. Coming from retail, I'm pretty sure the real reason was personal company metrics, not wanting to take a returned item for being defective. Want good service with T-Mobile?
