When I got there, the gentleman that helped me had a hard time understanding or explaining with broken English but we were communicating what I thought was ok. I thought we were on the same page and he understood what I was asking for but apparently, I paid $80 for him to restore the phone which I told him I had already done and now I'm out $80 plus a broken phone and he wants me to pay more to actually have done what I requested to begin with. He literally did nothing to fix it and I think if I had the owner he would have troublshooted before just charging someone and not actually fixing it. Just be weary and REALLLLLLY make sure you understand what they are saying. I thought for sure I knew what he was saying But apparently, I don't understand phone lingo. We are a part of the government shut down and I was just trying to get my daughter's phone fixed for her but really don't even have $80 to be doing that! I'm pretty devastated and downright frustrated with the money grab. I had saved the $80 to get this done and now don't have a bunch more to get done what we actually wanted!

Due to my schedule as a Flight Attended I ended up not connecting to complete the transfer in what was described to me by the Supervisor that Crystal was speaking with "in a timely manner" - EVEN THOUGH I WAS NOT TOLD THAT THERE WAS A CUT OFF DATE! I am VERY UNHAPPY with AT&T but was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with both Crystal & Noah as they both tried very hard to convey to the AT&T Supervisor how the two AT&T Sales people set up at Fred Meyer did not complete my "sale' nor tell me about any offer's "expiration"... Crystal's effort was very impressive but in the end, the person she was speaking to said NO. Noah even offered to give me one of his OWN phones so that I could take advantage of a promotion (that MY phone didn't qualify for). It isn't every day (these days) that employees work so hard to help a potential customer. I'd love it if both Crystal & Noah are somehow acknowledged for their above & beyond effortson my behalf. Even though I did not go away a happy - new - AT&T customer, I will never forget Crystal & Noah 's kindness & efforts.

Service staff was very friendly, knowledgeable about the product we were looking for, and we were helped right at our reservation time. Sale rep "Noah" took the time to explain what we were looking for and made some excellent suggestions about how to save $ on our existing plan. IF I have to go there again..... this is the place I'd stick to.

    Went in on Wednesday at 545PM. I called earlier in the day and asked how much to repair the back of…read morean iPhone 15 Pro Max, they told me $150. When I arrived at the kiosk, the guy told me $170. I said "really?" And he said "yes, they're expensive." Told him I was quoted $150 and he said "oh okay sure no problem." Took about an hour which is exactly what he quoted. That wasn't bad, although when I called they told me 30-45 minutes. All good there, no big deal. I picked up my phone and there was a noticeable scratch on the backing. I pointed it out to him and he said "it's okay!! Next time you break it, come back and I'll help you" what?? Next time I break it? lol. I asked him if he'll go down to $140 since it's scratched and he said no. After tax I paid $165. Wouldn't be irritated with the price if it were really good quality. The MagSafe doesn't even work anymore and I can no longer use any MagSafe mounts on my phone. Good thing I'm upgrading soon, but I wish I didn't bother replacing the back. Overall -- quality isn't the best and the customer service experience was below par. I'd recommend you pay a little more to get it done right by someone who will treat you like a valued customer.

I had some software and hardware issues with my iPhone 15 Pro not only did my screen turn completely white. I was told by the Apple Store that my phone sustained water damage, they couldn't fix it and that I had to purchase a new phone. They were wrong. After leaving the store, I noticed the kiosk at IRepair Xpert. I decided to see if there was any chance to bring my phone back to life and I'm so glad I found them. The owner Moni, said he was able to fix my phone and would have it done within 45 minutes. What I was extremely impressed with was that he took the time to show us all of the components and tell us exactly what was wrong with my phone. During the diagnostic, we saw what was wrong and he showed us what was being fixed. The knowledge and skill that he presented was just absolutely amazing, I couldn't believe he was able to fix my phone in only 20 minutes and a huge corporation like Apple couldn't repair my phone! His team was such a pleasure to work with and their professional and care they provided was incredible. It seems like there isn't anything they can't fix, they deserve my highest recommendation!     Worst service I've had in many years. They replaced a screen on my phone but in less than a month…read morethe new screen started flickering and eventually died. I called this place and was told another screen was available. When I came, they said the screen they had was reserved for something else, blamed "a new guy" and told me to wait 3-5 days for the screen to arrive. A week later they told me the screen was in transit and to wait more. Another week later, they still don't have it and don't give any ETA. Their staff has been very condescending and rude. I don't usually write bad reviews, but this place is as bad as it gets.

Parents, I know y'all feel me. We've all been there. He cracked the LCD screen on the inside and it was all sorts of glitched and nearly impossible to play, and of course, our warranty didn't cover a drop situation. uBreakiFix is really the only place in the area I knew of that did repairs like this so I gave them a call and they were incredibly helpful over the phone. I set up an appointment online, brought the device in for a consult, and they let me know they'd order the part and it would be ready in about 4-5 days. Perfect! The 4th day hit and I gave them a call and they said they anticipated the part being in that day and then it would be a couple of hours to fix. Great. The 5th day rolled around with no call so I called again, and they said the part just arrived but it would "be a little while because it was a delicate fix and they didn't want to rush it." Another day passed... and another day... And finally around 4pm on the following day they let me know it was ready. They would be closed the following day after that so we had to wait another couple of days to pick it up. They also let me know on the phone that some sort of screw "basically disintegrated" during repair and that is was a "common problem" but it left a little gap on the side of my son's Switch. It doesn't affect the way the device works, but I just think if that's so common of a problem, why don't they have replacement screws to make up for that issue? Overall, my son's Switch is working perfectly now with a beautiful screen so he is happy and thankfully, not asking me every single day if it is done yet. Additionally, all of the employees we encountered over the phone or in person were really pleasant to deal with - I just think the communication should be a little bit more thorough if there are days on days of delays.
