I wasn't looking for an upgrade but customer service sold me their offer and this store was located for pickup. The manger & associates are incredible! The manager is a hands on, got involved to ensure I got the product & the associate's advice on good protection products was the cherry on the top. Customer service could definitely use education on services provided especially when it comes to ASSURIAN COVERAGE insurance. Specifically asked for insurance as we always have on all our phones for our business account.  Nav failed to get insurance and I neglected to read over paperwork as we talked about it in detail.  About 15 days after getting new phone I lost it out of my purse while riding a motorcycle.  Went online to file claim and was denied stating I was not covered.  Went into store spoke to same employee who helped me first, and that is when we found out he failed to get insurance coverage.  Nav then told me I was able to call 611 and add it because I had the phone under the 30 day policy so I did.  Nav told me I could go online and file right away after calling in and adding Insurance BUT then I found out I had to wait 30 days before I could file a claim, which I did only to find out the insurance was STILL NOT added when I went to file claim for a second time.....went into store again, spoke to same guy, he spoke to his manager and then told me they finally got it figured out and the insurance has been added.  Waited another month and today I go to file claim and STILL NOT covered.   I am writing this in frustration yes but I have been more than patient at this point and if you should go to this store I would highly suggest making sure you check for insurance coverage if you ask for it so you don't go through this nightmare that still has yet to be resolved. read more

Verizon - Still No Coverage - Mobile Phones Near Me - Puyallup, Washington

The customer service here is absolutely AWFUL. I can in on a Friday afternoon and there was only one worker. I walked in and was told I'd be with in a few minutes. I waited over 45 minutes before I walked out. The worker never said be "with you soon sorry for the wait" or anything along those lines while the customer who was being helped wanted to adjust or change absolutely everything about her plan and three devices. I will never go to this location ever again and the manage needs to really consider having more employees available for customer. read more

This was our best experience at a mobile phone store ever. Friendly extremely competent gentlemen by the name of Nate assisted us in paying our bill and setting up bill pay. We were interested in upgrading and Nate went through all the various options for us. After our selection he set up our phones and answered our many questions. This is the worst place you can go to receive service. Nav and Robert have complete disregard to any queries and favor those that seem affluent. I sat there for almost an hour waiting to be helped, only to be dismissed in less than 5 minutes. They did not take time to resolve the problem. I work in customer service and the chuckles under the mask is what was infuriating. The lady before me was helped above and beyond. For me, I was dismissed and they started helping other people. Because you cannot give ZERO stars!!! I was within my 14 days from purchase (May 11 @ 8:24pm) vs coming in on May 25, 2016. I was told this by customer service and one of the Verizon Wireless Corporate Stores. They are trying to state that I'm past my 14 days and if anything I can get a refurbished phone for a replacement which is not only completely illegal per contract law but nothing but lazy greed. On top of it, when they insisted on switching out the SIM card (which had already been tested and I let them know that), Brittany, the sales girl who told Customer Service she was a manager when she isn't, couldn't even get my case off, struggled for close to 5 minutes trying to do so and had to look at the case and instructions to figure out. Now I'm going to take it to Apple to make sure she hasn't bent the thing with how she was wrenching down on it when this "wireless professional" attempted to fix my phone. According to a quick law library definition check that took less than 5 minutes to make "[T]he term calendar week as it is ordinarily used, refers to the period of time from Sunday to Sunday, as it appears on the calendar." So when I made my purchase on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 and was in on Wednesday May 25, 2016 it was clearly defined by contract law and continuous upholding in appellate cases that I was legally within my 14 day period. The staff here is great. I dropped my phone in water and bought it into the store. I was eligible for an upgrade so I went ahead and did that. After a few days I decided I hated the new phone. I took it back in and they listened closely to my comments. They were able to address all of my concerns and spent plenty of time tutoring me on the use of my S9. One of the best things about having purchased my new phone there is that they offer free replacement of the screen protector. I'm easy on my phones and didn't think I'd need to take advantage of that. But, oops, I've had to do so twice now. No going on line, no mailing the damaged protector, no waiting. I walk in. If I could give no stars I would. Went to the store for what should have been a very simple help from them. Received a replacement phone and just needed things transferred. Was told they no longer do that in house "but would I like to purchase a protective screen" said No went home frustrated. My wife pick up all our phones and tablet walked into store and asked agian to have the phone info transfered Young man says yes I can help you with that but the little girl that helped my husband said "I told your husband we no longer do that I have a call scheduled for him". My sister and I came in for my sister to purchase a phone on March 8 2018. My sister got her phone and I purchased a HUM. Amber was fabulous and is fabulous she is a great customer service agent and was amazing and helpful. After getting the HUM the next day I realized it was an impulse purchase and I returned it within 3 business days. Jordan J. took the return I got charged a restock fee which was fine. Jordan J. did not follow process and while I was able to recover the activation fee from Verizon and suspend service so I was not charged, the HUM has yet to be taken off of my account. I ended up having to take the refund paper work in to show Amber that I had returned it. She took all the information talked to the district manager and they all came to the conclusion this was a mistake on Jordan J. Jordan has not once called me to tell me he is working on this, how long it will take nor apologized for his screw up. The Hum is still on my account and this is completely unacceptable that he has not taken care of this. Both of the other employees have been so nice, but the elusive Jordan J is never around when I call nor does he return phone calls. This is why I give this place a 1 star. I will always steer people away from Go Wireless not due to the mistake Jordan J made but the total lack of communication by him or his district manager. read more

I decided to visit this store because it was close to my home and I needed to update my phone . The phone I wanted was not in stock, so the store had to order it for me . l called the store the day l expected it to get in and sure enough, it was in. However, due to some system issue I was not able to take my phone home. I finally received my phone the following evening. Overall, my experience was frustrating. The staff was friendly but l felt was also disorganized and slow. I had to call to find out the status of my phone rather than the store calling me. Though I understand why given how busy the store can get. I likely will just deal with my carrier directly for my future wireless needs primary because of how time consuming it was to work with a 3rd party. read more

I came into Verizon next to Wal Mart after my phone fell into a sink full of water! Alex, the new Store Manager, was unbelievable in terms of courtesy, expediency, and customer service! Not only did he get me the best return for my completely ruined phone, but set up my entire phone so that I could understand and work it in a user friendly format!! First they deleted my music in the transfer from my old phone, then they sold me their insurance provider without telling me. When I lost my phone and went to claim the incident verizon said I did not have insurance. When I went to the store upset the manager was rude and took no responsibility for the lack of communication then said I had to file through their insurance that required notary signatures, deducibles, now a 4 day wait and 4 stops by the store to get my phone. Hoops I would not have had to jump through with verizon's insurance. Because it was after the first 30 days of contract I cannot change the provider. To sum it up they have guaranteed that I will not be resigning a contract after this deception. Not only that their staff was completely incompetent about their phone's inner workings and gave me a website to look up information other than just silly features. That should have sent up a red flag but because it was near home I went and did my own research to find the phone for me. Update: 6 days after filing the claim for a new phone I still do not have it in hand. The manager told me it would be in tuesday (2 days after filing) and I just had to bring in the notarized letter, when I showed up he claimed he did not tell me that, even though my boyfriend and I both heard him, and said my phone had not been sent. If I had known I would have brought the letter monday. The worst part is the lies and then the inablility to take responsibility for the lie. Cowardly read more
