I was greeted right away and was helped soon after. The workers were very helpful with my situation and I left there very satisfied. However the customer service at the actual t mobile office is a different story. I still have not received information on my rebates for my old phones so I can get the paid off and still have not received a prorated bill. They are billing me for a full month when I just sighed with them August 10. I have tried calling customer service twice and they to not know what I was talking about and it was really hard to understand them when they don't speak English well. I now have to go back to the store and have them check into why this is taking so long. read more

Horrible service I entered the store and wasn't even greeted!! I've been waiting here for 20 mins and no one has said a single damn thing to me!! At most businesses they would greet you and tell you that they will be right with you when they are done. NOT THIS PLACE!! I'm just here to pay my damn bill!! Then there were two representatives with one customer why the hell do you need to people to help you!! Apparently Asian people are invisible cause there are two other customers that have been helped which were all Caucasian!! All three reps in the store were caucasian. So not only was I ignored for 20 mins but when a rep did say something it was, "Ma'am can I help you with something." How about a sorry for the wait ma'am I will be right with you when I am done or what will I be able to help you with when I am done with the customer?" Instead when I said I just want to pay my bill this rep that has been carrying on a conversation for the past 20 mins told me, "Oh, that's it." Yes, that is it!! Then when it looked like I was about to make a phone call suddenly the rep was free to assist me. Okay I see how this T-Mobile operates!! I get better service at the one in Lakewood, WA. Don't come here if you are Asian they treat you like crap!! Then when I asked for corporates number from the rep I was told that they aren't part of corporate. So you are tmobile, but you aren't part of corporate. You as a rep are representing the company, interesting. Then I asked for the phone number of the store and the manager's name, he looked at me confused and gave me the information I asked for. This is the worst customer service I have ever received from any mobile store. Its like the people here are lazy. Last time I was here I asked if they could change the e-billing to a physical copy that I would get in the mail. I was told they couldn't do that in the store and that I had to call customer service care. Which was interesting because they told me to #611 from my phone. My phone is with Verizon I'm sure that if I called #611 from my phone that would not go to tmobile customer care. I was helped for over 2 hours with excellent customer service. Payton and Aman made sure I was given the best deals and it was very obvious they weren't just trying to take my money. Very polite and personable people. I would recommend this T-Mobile over any other one in the area. read more

Horrible customer service. The lady that helped us when we walked in was not friendly at all and told me that I never had the jump on my line. I had to tell her the T-Mobile by my Work figured it out in a second. I was going to upgrade my line and she told me there needed to be an additional $80 which I didn't have to pay at the other place...smh. I have been with T-Mobile for 13 years and never been treated with this type of customer service. The lady just had a very annoyed attitude towards me. (sorry its so long but please read) Wish I could put negative stars! My boyfriend and I went into this store about 3 months ago and they have absolutely NO IDEA what they are talking about or anything on how their business works/runs. we asked them about how they pay off your old line so you can switch to their carrier (which tmobile is known for). The lady (the manager) that was helping us at first was trying to help 2 groups at once which was annoying because she had 3 other employees there that could help. the manager told us that they could pay off your old phone for up to $650 per phone, my boyfriends screen was broken at the time so she (the manager) told us to sell it privately and they will pay it off with Verizon. We were so happy to have our new phones and be on our own plan together, until his dad called us 2 months later saying he has a charge on his bill for $450 that t mobile was supposed to pay, so we thought it was just a mistake so we called customer support to ask, after talking to 3 different people and being on the phone for over an hour we were told that the only way we could get the phone pay off is if we gave t mobile the old phone and ported over our old numbers. (which is a little weird considering the manager told us to keep the old phone and sell it because we could probably get more money out of it that way, right?) Another employee that helped us after the manager left also told us that with our plan we get 6 GB of data for free and we also get 10 GB of a data stash for EACH of us, so basically we will each have 16 GB of data to use a month for free and any we dont use will roll over. after about 2 months i never received my data stash and called to ask them when it would be available, and guess what they said? they dont do that anymore. Like seriously? this is what you do for a living so you would think you would be at least a little bit educated, GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER!!! Its only been 3 months and i already cant wait to pay off these phones to get away from t mobile! I do not recommend this store to anyone, drive down to the mall if you have to because these people are a waste of your time! read more

There was a woman there and her service sucks. When she put on the screen protector that I paid almost $40 for she just messes it up. She clearly didn't wipe it down before putting the protector on, and I can see dusts underneath the screen. She lied straight to my face and said she did wipe it down before putting it on. My screen protector is not even evenly put on my phone. read more
