We have both been having lots of issues with our AT&T phones, so just thought it was worth checking. As soon as we walked in the store, we were greeted by Shawn, I think he's the store's manager. As I explained that I was interested in getting my AT&T service switched over to Verizon, Shawn helped me review the plans and relevant promotions. He even went through a total cost of ownership review that made it clear to us that I should make the switch. The crazy part was that even though Shawn was helping multiple customers at once, we were impressed by his ability to multi-task and keep us moving through the process. He even got us a credit for switching our lines and we did not even have to change our phone numbers! At the end of our visit, we ended up leaving with 2 new iphones, an apple watch, and a smile on my face because it all took less than an hour and we got a lot done. Shawn even gave us some bottled water to take to our Son as we mentioned he was thirsty. This was by far the best experience I have ever had in ANY phone store. I have been a AT&T, T-Mobile, and now a Verizon customer because this store and their staff earned my business. The fact that the manager gave me his personal phone number to get in touch with him if I had any issues went above and beyond quality customer service. We will be returning soon to get the iPad deal and add another line for my Dad's phone too. Thank You!

During floods my friend's iPhone fell into a big mud puddle and got run over. Brought it in and they gave it a going over and determined it was a goner. Luckily, they had a used / refurbished phone available within the budget during a difficult time. Next was a MacBook Pro that needed a battery. Their testing confirmed the battery was bad and the charging adapter defective. Continued use of the defective charger would damage the new battery so it too was also replaced. The screen is damaged so they looked up the availability of a replacement and could get one though we opted not to do it at the time. Replaced an iPhone battery and got it checked thoroughly as it had some damage. They put it under the microscope to see if anything important was damaged or if it went through to the PCB board and it was ok. Big relief, just a battery swap. At a different time it acted like the charging port was dead so got it checked and hopefully fixed. He took it to the bench to inspect it. Turned out to be pocket lint / fluff blocking the contacts in the port he easily cleared and handed it back. We all laughed. A Galaxy Watch that was a gift the charging contact separated from the back. Wasn't sure it could be salvaged or repaired and brought it in. He put it under the microscope and saw a lead was nicked, but it was ok. He reattached / glued the contact back on free. Thanks for all the times they helped, advised, repaired, and came through for us and if / when needed in the future.

Then I asked for the manager and owners names to file a formal complaint with Boost Mobile. She refused. Then has to ask the other worker what name to give me (all while I'm on the phone. You just closed and locked your store..... early... with a minor standing at the door walking in then lied and said you didn't see the 6'4 boy standing there....your refuse to give me your manager or owners name or contact info all cause you wanna leave work now... is that correct? I…read morewas previously a virgin mobile customer that got transferred to boost a few months ago due to a merger. i got my new phone mid July, but Boost gave me a bad SIM that left me unable to use text or internet without being connected to wifi. Somehow, even though i just became a boost member, the plan they transferred me to is considered outdated, and they no longer provide the SIM I need anymore. However, this young woman took her time carefully going through all their SIM cards to find the ONE LAST ONE they had that worked for my plan. Not only that but before she found it, she took the time to call the other local stores to see if they had one left, as well as calling I'm assuming her boss/supervisor for assistance since my issue was a uncommon and trickier to fix since tech support wasn't super helpful. Overall I really appreciate the effort she took to help me getting my phone working since the customer service hotline didn't help me at all.

They try to make it one way in and one way out. The parking lot entrance is actually around the corner on Carrillo St. (small side street) and the exit is on Cleveland Ave. (larger, main street). You would think the entrance would be on the larger street and exit on the smaller street, but it's the opposite, so if you are driving on Cleveland Ave. towards College Ave. and miss Carrillo St., you will need to turn back around. As for the store itself, they have a good selection of motorcycles, power crafts, ATVs and accessories. The thing that this place is lacking is customer service which seems to be the theme when I read other reviews. When you walk in, no one greets you. There was an employee sitting at the desk doing some paperwork, looks up as we walk in, but there was no greeting. As we were browsing the inventory, no one came by help or ask if we had questions. When we walked out, again no acknowledgement that we may be potential customers. I'm sure if they had better customers service, their business would be much better.
