As a result, I have been unable to receive calls or texts from customers, effectively taking my business line offline for an entire day. This is not a minor inconvenience -- this is a preventable service failure that has real financial consequences. I am now left with two unusable devices: an old phone with issues and a new phone that does not function. The lack of accountability, urgency, and basic verification before sending a customer out the door is unacceptable -- especially when dealing with a business line. This situation warrants immediate escalation and review by corporate leadership. I expect prompt corrective action, restoration of service, and a clear explanation of how this failure occurred. Had to go back a few times when I didn't know what to do when the phone didn't work right, which I thought. Sean helped me every time and now I can enjoy my new phone. There were other members of TMobile there always willing to help. This is and will always be my go to TMobile store because of the great service and support that I receive there.

I initially tried the online process but was told over the phone I'd need to bring my mom in-store for ID verification. Makaela, the rep who helped me, was very friendly and did her best to resolve the issue. After 2 hours and nearing closing time, I asked to stop. What frustrated me most was the lack of support from the store manager, Kevon. Instead of stepping in to help, he suggested I use a different Social Security number. Seriously? As if I have a "spare" SSN lying around. Isn't it the manager's role to assist when staff are struggling with a customer issue? The store wasn't even busy, only two other customers came in while I was there. So, this experience was entirely avoidable with better service and leadership.

Not only were they the best available price, but were able to get things set up very quickly. They are always available if issues arise (always my fault, nothing wrong with the system), and have reached out on numerous occasions to check that everything is working and to our satisfaction. For me, being able to talk to experienced personnel, who are familiar with our system, and not dealing with a remote call center is very important, and they have excelled in that aspect. Jason, who is part of their support staff, went out of his way to help with a minor issue I was having in real time, and fixed the problem. He even personally walks packages and mail over to our location if they are delivered to their unit instead of ours. The installation technician Tyler was extremely helpful in setting up our system, and took additional time to walk me through the system and it's functions, including how the sensors work, where they are placed, and the control panel and remote app to ensure that I was able to use the system properly. Finally, the sales manager Lina, has been beyond helpful with making sure our needs are met when it comes to security, and has followed up with us regarding potential issues to ensure we are satisfied with everything. They are awesome neighbors and a great company if you are considering security system needs.

I've had Cox for cable and internet for years and have never had any serious problems. Sure things aren't always perfect but the problems I've had have been few and far between. Beyond that I just had some of the best service I've ever had from any business when I did have an issue. Not exaggerating here. Called on a Sunday at 3:30 pm due to some glitchy playback from the DVR. Just thought I'd make an appt. for Monday. By 5:30 I had 2 techs at my house working in the problem. Did I mention it was a Sunday? The techs were great and went through every possibility with connectors and the incoming cable, checking everything, even in the attic, and replacing a lot of old connectors and some cable but eventually diagnosing a failing DVR. So down to the Cox store a few days later. Walked in and waited about 10 min for the next tech and was out of there in 20min with a new ( ok, refurbished) DVR that works just fine. Wish I had kept all the names of the techs so I could give them a shout out, they were all fantastic and professional. Yeah, cable costs but boy it's easier to pay that bill when you get service like this.

Basic Internet for $90 a month is outrageous when you compare with other companies and no alternative choices plus half the time the service doesn't even work. Just spent 60 extra dollars this month due to going over which is absolutely nuts as I wasn't even in my house for 24 out of the 30 days Santa Barbara this has got to stop. We need to not have them as a monopoly anymore.
