Save your time and drive over the bridge to the Waterford T-Mobile. The associates are much more knowledgeable and helpful. I went in to get a new phone as I had broken the back of my phone earlier in the week. I was told in Groton T-Mobile that there was no way to do it and I would have to open an insurance claim, get a new phone via my T-Mobile insurance plan, then bring in the new phone to be able to get a new one. The said T-Mobile would not accept a trade in of my broken phone (everything works, no cracks on the front, the back is just cosmetically broken). We left. Went to Waterford, was told that what I was told in Groton is absolutely wrong, and was helped to order a new phone with a trade in of my old cracked one. Again, just go to Waterford. read more

I went today to make a switch to the new iPhone 16 was so excited to get my new phone. Apparently they hired a reverse sales woman she successfully talked me out of switching to T-Mobile and insulted me on my dads phone only being a iPhone 11 she was very rude so +1 customer to Verizon they're actually very nice read more

Went in today and the customer service was awful. "Standing manager" was very rude. The other two employees there, were of no assistance. I was initially told I could not exchange my phone or return my unwanted accessories because it was not done in store. Called T-mobile customer care immediately upon leaving the store, and was informed I would be able to return my accessories in store. I went back not even 30min later and the employee rudely inserted herself in the conversation to refuse to do the return in the store also emphasizing "she was the standing manager in store today." Wouldn't listen to what I had to say about the customer service rep so I had to smile and walk away. Manager needs training on how to speak to customers. The customer service skills left MUCH to be desired and I would not advise going to this location. read more

Do not go to this store for ANYTHING! I have never been treated so cruelly rude in all my years of doing business. The one employee in the front gave me mean silent treatment because I didn't buy at that time as I wasn't quite sure what I needed. I thanked him but he would not respond. Finally I said "thank you" for him as I left the store. I will never go back. read more

The worse service EVER! All levels, the associates (Ashley,Yaseem, Martel) and the manager (on the phone). I purchased a modem at a one store and they would not let me return at this location. They had said I needed the receipt (it was purchased less than a month ago). Another store called them and told them my receipt would be in the computer for 3 months. They would not access my receipt or offer to have the other fax it to them. I was on my way (literally car packed) on my back to Houston. I had to drive 40 minutes out of way to return it. The associates were chuckling when I left. I didn't realize bad service was that comical. read more
