This is the worst Metro store I've ever encountered. Davin has no Customer service skills. I called twice asking nicely to get my phone unlocked because I moved to Utah and it's doesn't get very good service where I live. After getting nowhere by calling twice when I was back in California I went to my MetroPCS store that I used to go to to ask them to nicely unlock my phone because I needed to Port it over to T-Mobile. Of course he said he had done it. So I went to T-Mobile and they assured me he had not. So I had to drive back to the Talbert store asked Devon to give me my account number and my pin so that I could drive back to T-Mobile so that they could Port my information over, just to find out the Devon actually doesn't know what he's doing he has no customer service. But thank goodness T-Mobile could figure it out for him and do the bonds job. So do not go to the Talbert Metro PCS store. Go to any other store because of Devon was rude couldn't figure it out or chose not to figure it out. I'm going to post daily so that everybody knows how uncustomer service that store is. I came here last week with my husband to make the transfer from sprint to T-Mobile. We were also due for an upgrade. I can't express how well taken care of we felt. Angie was so informative about the phone, plans and all the above. She was very kind and reassured us of any concerns. We referred to Kevin as a genie because he helped us find what we wanted so easily. I hardly write reviews but this company is such trash I can't help it. I've had multiple phone providers and non of them has ever sucked this horrendously. And I had sprint for 12 years. Nothing loads, I have to restart my phone just for connection to load. Verizon is 100% the best provider I've ever had. Go to Verizon not this trash over priced company. Those working at this store are very knowledgeable of the products and services. More than that they are very welcoming and accommodating to your needs. 1. The T mobile service is very cost effective and unlimited plan cannot be beat. I typically get data speeds in the range of 30-60mbs/s. On Ookla test. Even an astounding high of 109mbs. I don't have home internet so I use my phone for everything. Streaming Sling, HBO now, Netflix, etc on my big screen tv is no problem with good quality. And no hidden fees. You pay what they tell you. All the fees and taxes included. No surprises. 2. The employees here are nice to deal with. They greet you cordially and are ready to help you with whatever you need. Very rude associates. I was trying to buy a phone and add a line... they didn't have the phone in stock and said they would call the next day when the phone came in.. nobody called so I called them. I have been with Tmobile for many years. About a month ago, we added Family where to our accounts. There have been technical issues with this. I have contacted Tmobile many times to resolve the issue. My calls have all been going overseas. The so-called technicians have failed to resolve the issue. I then have called additional times and requested to speak to U.S. BASED AGENT to no avail. Tmobile either has no U.S. BASED AGENTS any longer or the overseas agents keep giving me the run around. I need a U.S. BASED AGENT to reach out to me ASAP, or I will cancel our Tmobile accounts. read more

Extremely extraordinary service. I came on a Monday evening after I had called asking them for a specific iPhone charger. When I arrived they didn't have it. I guess someone had provided me the incorrect information. I was pretty disappointed because I had went to a few other locations and this is the charger I have been using every since I received my iPhone 11. I think his name was Ashton he was an extremely helpful gentleman. He did apologize for the miscommunication. He went the extra mile to search in the back twice and provided me one just the one I was looking for. There are some great ppl still out in this world and I am great full for him. Update 3/13/2020: The regional manager responded to my email reply and invited me to talk to her over the phone. It was a very pleasant conversation where she assured me that she took my complaint seriously and will do whatever necessary to make sure that customers in the future don't experience the same bad experience I had. In addition she's even open to opportunities such as having appointments or call in to place your name in the line so you know you'll be waited on a more timely fashion. I will try this store again in the future when need help and see if they've improved. So in the meantime I've raised my rating from one star to three with the hope that eventually I will make it a five star rating. Note 3/12/20: I posted the review below around October 2017. About five months later I just got a response from T-Mobile saying they want to "make this right" I emailed them as they requested. Original Posting 10/2019: As I am standing in the store, waiting to be served, am I'm told it's going to be another maybe up to a half hour, after I've already waited 30 minutes (Initially they told me the wait would be around 15 minutes). The service here is really poor and some of the people are also rude. After waiting this much time, they're saying I'm welcome to come back another day. In addition, after waiting for a half hour, somebody walks in and they say it'll be 20 minutes for her and another half hour for me I told him that doesn't make sense. I can only warn the other customer to not count on their estimates. She left. During this wait, one of the salesmen, who looked like he was available to help, said there was two customers still ahead of me, after waiting a half hour. After that he went to the back and has disappeared for about the last 20 minutes. I highly recommend trying a different store, other than this one (if you are stuck with T-Mobile) I work for a fairly large company that indirectly manages hundreds of mobile devices, so I am stuck with this business account, but I personally have had Verizon for many years. With what bad experiences I've had in a few stores as well as the customer service, I doubt if I would ever want to change over to T-Mobile myself. I would estimate I have spent five hours trying to resolve an issue that probably should've taken 15 minutes. In as much is I can influence the decision for our company mobile units, I would also guide them to stay away from T-Mobile, as well. read more

She also told me that I would not have to pay anything on my Apple Watch for 3 months, but I just got a bill saying I owe 19 dollars more this month. I called this store and asked WHY?.... He gave me a couple of options and I chose the new iPhone 13. Paul was thorough, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with.
