I really wish I would've had the great experience every other reviewer had. I went in to buy an Apple Watch and the tall skinny guy who helped me out was not the best. I knew what I wanted, but he could've given me his opinion, suggestion or literally anything. He was so quiet. I felt awkward. Even when I was gonna pay, he just stood there not saying a word. Most people would've extended their hand when I had the money in my hand while looking at him, but he didn't. I just got my watch & left. He didn't even set up my watch correctly. I had to call customer service and they finished linking my phone and watch. There was this girl there who I wish would've helped me out. As she passed by me, I asked her how she felt about her watch. She took her watch off & handed it to me, so that I could try it on. The 3 stars are for her. These guys were great! Faust took all the time needed to patiently get me all set up with everything I needed for my account and phones. Daniel cheerfully helped him and Christian C, the manager, knew all the answers to any problems that came up. I've been experiencing major issues with my phone and the bill lately. Its become so frustrating that my anxiety met with it. So I decided on my day out in LA that I'd stop by the T-Mobile store in the BLOC where I was shopping around. I engaged with a Mobile Expert, Marcopolo (intriguing name by the way), and his amazing attitude and amazing smile made the whole situation of coming into the store a lot better than I expected. Thanks to him I was able to settle my frustration and even got a new phone because I needed one! I think I'll be coming around more and more to this location, although it's bit of ways I think it's my go to store when I need! read more

I've had T-mobile for years and have really seen the company change and grow, but I still never really have great experiences in store.. I recently went in to purchase an item after having some trouble doing so over the phone. Marlene and Oscar L. Made this literally the best experience making sure I got my Apple Watch even going out of their way to make it happen so I didn't have to order it and wait on delivery, all within a timely manner! I replaced my Samsung Note 4 with a Samsung S8 on 8/30/17 and had SUCH A GREAT TIME with the T-Mobile reps Ana, David, and Carlos that I stayed AN HOUR LONGER than I meant to, haha. AWESOME customer service, very attentive to my concerns and questions, and highly knowledgeable of their products. As a salesperson myself, I give them 5 stars. I´m from Germany and I was on vacancy in LA. I bought an I-Phone 8 and the shop-assistent told me, that I could use the I-Phone after 40 days in Germany with any other Sim-Card or contract. It was a lie. The truth ist, that I have to pay a 100 $ to unlock the phone. But from Germany without an american debit Card there ist no possibility to manage, so that I cant use the I-Phone in Germany. F... you! read more

My Husband and I went to TMobile in the Macy's Downtown Plaza , the Mall is beautiful with its beautiful Holiday decorations. We were greeted by Letty, Michelle, and the Manager Ezikiel . They are in a new store. I loved the store was clean and crisp. I got the most beautiful cell phone . Letty , Michelle and Eziquiel were soooo great, the customer service way exceeded our expectations , I so loved the experience, it was a posititve shopping experience. If I could give 100 stars I would have, It wasnt crowded they helped us select a beautiful cell phone ,I came out with two cell phones. Never can hurt without a back up phone. Also , The pair of cell phones my husband got for a belated Christmas present are wonderful, My husband is dancing around the living room with the music, and they are stereo . Super Awesome. staff.
