The customer service poor in this location. They do not bring out my phone when it was delivered to this location for warranty. I was told if I give $5, they are supposed to give me my new phone. But they do not. Instead they said, they are leaving soon and male employees decided to go take a break at 7pm and another male employee goes he has to leave soon. And he goes can I go and check in other customer and come back? I said sure. While I am on waiting for 611 expert to come online. And instead of that male employee helping me, he goes and help other people. And 611 expert to wants to talk to them and still they don't come. Now one person me waiting for 40 min and their male employee is free and he comes and and talking to 611 expert and takes my phone. While talking to them. Third male employee lowers the volume. So I said I can't hear the phone. Then he had mute the phone and talking to the 611 expert! I said wait his put you on mute and talking to you. And then 611 Expert stop talking to them and with me. I was on hold as they wanted to escalate this inconvenience from the store They are threatening me to leave and if I don't leave they will do trespassing! What?!? The expert on 611 T-Mobile have told me before she put me on hold, they can't tell me to leave without finishing my service. For me to stay, before she put me on hold. Is the employer allowing the employees to threaten the customers? I have never had this kinds of workers threatening the customers. Is this customer service? They need to re-evaluate these employees and have them retraining what it is to serve their customers. Not push away the customers to their own convenience! 611 experts has gone out of their way to help me and stand by me to finish help me, why would we need Stores ??? So they can threaten customers? My experience here was not great. I had better experience in el Segundo and Marina Del Rey locations! Why I went out of my way to go to stores? They are not the owner of the property! I came in today to do a warranty exchange and as soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by the whole team. I immediately was helped not only by one but by 3 other employees. Everyone seemed to be very helpful and worked well as a team. Isaiah was the person who helped us throughout the process and was very pleasant and knowledgeable who made the exchange very easy. My phone broke completely and I was having a very difficult time dealing with submitting my insurance claim. Zeleny an employee here helped me out tremendously. I was on hold with the claim center for over an hour. She offered to put my SIM in her phone so I could look up info I had to submit. This saved me A LOT of time. Additionally, by the time the claim was done, the store was closing, she stayed easily 30 mins overtime so I could get my new phone set up and running. Very above and beyond help from Zeleny. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The short version: a simple bait and switch with a lucrative offer to switch over from Verizon to T-Mobile. I'm glad I checked before fully transferring over because my 3rd line wasn't transferred over (was supposed to be free). Now, they want to charge me for it and charge an activation fee, without providing proof that the 3rd line will be free until 2 billing cycles. Mind you, you only have 14 days to cancel, so if they make ANOTHER mistake, you're stuck with them for 2 years. Nope! I'd rather pay the extra money to Verizon and have friendly and honest service. I walked in here hoping they'd be more helpful, but Kenny who assisted us was extremely unprofessional. Called us over, then just answered the phone and was rude to the person asking questions. I knew then and there we wouldn't be helped properly. I was right. He didn't even try, and just said based on the notes, customer service tried to help you and they have more options than we do. I said okay, please cancel my service. Guess what? According to Kenny, they conveniently don't cancel in store, even though earlier on the phone I was told I could do so. Now, even if this were true, he could've been much more respectful, but he was rude and quite frankly seemed to hate his job. This has been my go to T Mobile store ever since I moved here to California again, they have great customer service and the place is really clean and fresh inside. I have bought several iPhones from here over the years and they always do right by me and give me little gifts and things. They only bad thing about this place is the parking, the parking lot is really small and their are other store here, so if you come park at 7.11 and walk 250 feet to the store, other than that you will have to have so much luck to get parking. Make sure you bring a book and some water because they do get busy but they take are of you like family. I recommend this store to anyone who wants great customer service. read more

Worst experience ever Desiree and her manager I was going to the jump on a line and already had an open jump on an other line. So she made master reset my phone before even knowing she can do it. After loosing an hour there for nothing and having my phone reseted I left and called tmobile on 611 to see if they can fix the issue well they did after about an hour on the phone with them. First time, the man that was "assisting" setting up my phone he was to enveloped watching a baseball game, I had to go to another T-Mobile store so they could do finish the job. Bought a new iPhone here in January. The woman I purchased from charged me a $20 support fee and signed me up for a protection plan without my knowledge or authorization. Had to spend time on the phone with customer support to then take off the extra $18/month charge she snuck in. The phone also wasn't in stock so all she did was order online and have it shipped to me, something I was capable of doing myself did not anticipate paying $20 for. Since buying the phone my line has received nonstop spam text messages, something that has never happened when ordering through Apple. Several of the staff were wearing masks below their nose and no social distancing was being enforced. read more

I just moved to LA from Missouri about 2 months ago. The only way for me to contact family and friends is through my phone so imagine how distraught I was when my phone was stolen at the Santa Monica Pier. For 3 days I didn't have any convenient way to call my parents and they were worried. The claims process through T-Mobile's insurance is slow and painful, but what is a girl to do in the meantime? Luckily Alfred helped me out! He let me call my parents and the insurance company to figure everything out. He even showed me how to get a temporary phone at a really inexpensive cost so I can get back on the grid while I waited for my iPhone 5S from insurance. Then he went the extra mile and gave me a SIM card so I can text and call my family. He was really nice, helpful, informative and very genuine. Melissa at this location treated my parents with such disrespect. My parents came here to replace a phone that had sound issues. Unfortunately they were greeted by Melissa... after asking what was wrong she started to ask questions like "well you didn't buy at this T-Mobile so why would you come here" there was a phone on hold for them that had been ordered, my parents had received a notification for pick up Melissa was too lazy to go to the back and check for the package the entire time it was back there but she kept telling them that "it's not here" finally she went back there and Wala there it was. (this whole conversation is happening in Spanish) As my mother asks how to set up a voicemail her response is basically well you have to set up that up on your own.. At this point she proceeds to poke fun at them in English to her coworkers as they have a laugh at them I guess she did not expect my parents to be bilingual. Charlie is the best customer service rep we've ever dealt with. He first helped us out when he was at the Montebello mall and we were really impressed. He took his time to show us different options of phones, took the time to break down the prices and what we would be looking at for our monthly bill, answered all our questions as best as possible. Charlie recently moved to another location but still offered to help us out with questions we had or issued with the phone. We careful with this people, one week ago I went to switch my line with them. The person that helped me start to tell me that there was a promotion ... if i gave my iPhone 7 Plus I will received the new iPhone XR free. I told him that I did not need a new phone because mine was working ok and I did not want a extra bill for a phone, but he told me over and over again that my phone will be cover for the promotion and I only had to pay the taxes. I accepted but I was not sure if it was tru. When I came to my house I called t mobile to double check the information and they told me again that the information was ok, and my new phone was free. Yesterday I received a text with my first bill. My surprise was that was the bill for my new line plus $24 extra that I had to pay for 2 years for my new cell phone. I called t mobile and I spoke with exactly the same guy because it is supposed that with T-Mobile you speak with the same people or team every time. He told me super fresh that the promotion did not apply because I only got one line instead of two, I asked him so why the guy in the store told me something different and him as well and he told me ... I am sorry I did not check well your account last week!!!!! Come on you can not play with the people like that, I can't imagine all the bad things that this people do with the costumer over and over, I told them that they choose the wrong person to play around. Now it is supposed that they gave me credit that will cover my new cellphone and it will be free but I had to call and got mad in order to make sure that they did what they promise me. This company is a joke, they play with the customer, hopefully I speak English and Spanish and I know my rides because I can't imagine how this people play with their customers. Stay ways from this store and T-Mobile. I will see how this "credit" works before I take legal action agains this company.
