One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I have been a customer for some 7 years now and have almost always been happy with the companies overall service but this store is absolutely horrible. I had to make a return for a charger I bought at a different location when I was visiting my mom and took it to this store. I came on a Thursday night and the store sign said they closed at 8pm. I was there a little more than 10 minutes before they were supposed to close but all their doors had been locked up. I embarrassingly waved and knocked to try and get the attention of one of the four customer service reps and they deliberately ignored me for five minutes! After one of them realized I was not just going to walk away, one came up by the name of Yohana and yelled through the slit in the door that their system was down and to come back tomorrow. I said that I just had a quick return and we would be done before they were supposed to close at 8, but she said to come back tomorrow and they would be able to help me. I returned the next night and spoke to a customer service rep by the name of Kristian B and he gave me every excuse in the book as to why I couldn't return or exchange the charger that was in perfect condition. He said my account number wasn't on the receipt (which I offered to give him to look up). They didn't take returns from other stores (which I confirmed with a manager before I bought it), and that it was past the return date even though I had tried to return it the night before when it wasn't. After I explained that I tried to return it last night and that the system was down, he told me that he was working in the back last night and that the store had not been closed early and the system was not down. He was basically calling me a liar to my face after I assured him I was just there the night before and he confirmed with me what I suspected, that the store reps from that night were lying to me as well about the system being down. read more

Representative Edgar G, as he stated, showed me and my father the worst customer service experience. We wanted to change our plans from a different service to T-Mobile only to find the rude behavior from one of their representatives. Loud music was playing in the store and we kindly asked if they can lower the volume a little bit to talk to the representative on the phone from the service we wish to change only to see Edgar raise the volume even louder. We looked and asked again and he pointed his finger out the door stating, "You can talk outside". This is the most disrespectful manner I have ever encounter in any customer service. If I could I'd give this store no stars. read more

Karla and Mayra are the best representatives in this T-Mobile location, I came in because my phone wasn't working. I wouldn't get no caller ID on my brand new device and right when I was going to get to the point of returning the device the ladies took the time to find a solution for me by following step by step solutions on you tube even though they have no technician's in store they went out of there way to get my problem solved, I'm very thankful for there help. I will continue to visit this T-Mobile location by far the best for there outstanding service!!! read more

I wish I could give 0 stars very bad service, worst carrier I ever been, they lied saying that I would get a tablet for free and I ask the seller 3 times she said yes I'm sure. I went to the manager a lot of times they never gave me the credit and guess what I'm still Paying for a tablet that's only worths $100 dls. I wanted to get a micro SIM card for my tablet so I can take advantage of tmobile's free 200 mb for life. The store associates at this store made a great effort trying to get around their system just for me to get the SIM card (because I can't make an account b/c of my age and didn't want to link the tablet to my account.) It took a while at first, and originally told me that I needed to pay a monthly fee, but then their manager finally found a workaround so now I only have to pay $10 for the SIM card and now have free 200 mb every month read more

Every time I have to make a payment or have any questions, I come to this store because of the customer service but I always try to come when Mayra is here. She is a great representative and honestly, I have stayed with t-mobile because of her. I've come in a few time with questions about my phone or plan and she's always willing to help. Every time I come to this location I feel so welcomed into there store they always have a good attitude. I got helped by karla and she was so knowledgeable , and nice she had no problem helping me set up my iCloud so I can back up my info. Worse T-mobile store ever. My aunt came here for assistance on her phone (she's doesn't do well with technology due to her age). She just needed to activate her new Samsung galaxy 7. There were 4 employees available, one of them told her to do it at home with an attitude. No one stepped up to help after him. If you're going to be rude with your customers and not help, then you should not be in customer service. read more

I'm surprised at the bad reviews. Maybe it has to do with the individual. Julio was phenomenal. He told me my plan options and my phone options. He was very courteous and professional. He gave me his undivided attention and made me feel as a valued customer. Although parking is terrible, I recommend this location because everybody is very friendly. If you had a bad experience go see Julio he might change your mind. read more
