I walked in there at 7:15pm on a Wednesday no one was in there except one other customer Hollis was in my direct line of sight and I walked directly to him to ask about phone plans. He showed some that didn't work for me and I explained that spectrum was unable to let me use my iPhone 7 to get a $45 plan with them. He lastly explained the 3GB $25 prepaid plan and that worked for me. Cheaper than spectrum and great prices I don't care if it's prepaid as long as I don't have to buy a new iPhone because mine it too old according to spectrum just to give you my business. He was quick, and helpful. I will say he's not a happy fake cheerleader personality but I don't mind not having that as long as I go in and get what I need in a timely fashion. Cut to the chase. Poor customer service. After waiting about 10 minutes the associate asked me if I was here to pay a bill. I said no and he rolled his eyes and said that it would be a few minutes until someone could assist me. I said ok thank you and waited patiently. After about 20 minutes I met with an associate who was extremely unhelpful, condescending, and rude. Don't waste your time here. Very poor customer service. read more

Walked in to a near empty store. One other person in front of me. One agent helping them. I'm waiting and waiting just to pay my bill and another associate comes out of the back area. She doesn't make eye contact so I say "excuse me miss, can you help me?" I stopped in today with my phone to see if they have an extra phone battery that I can buy for my Galaxy in case I run low. They did not have it in stock but the the manager was very accommodating, bringing out a bunch of other Galaxy batteries to see if any would fit. None did. She then went on the internet to see if she could locate one for me on Amazon or the T-mobile website. Unfortunately, everyone was out of stock, but I appreciated her taking the time to find one. read more

Don't be surprised if you go here and see unexpected charges on your phone bill later. I wanted to get help with filing a claim because my phone stopped working and after being on the phone with someone for 1.5 hours filing my claim and getting disconnected. I never got a call back from them so decided to get help at the store. I got there 45 minutes before closing time and we were on the phone trying to file my claim. The male employee helping me hung up the phone with the person helping with my claim after being on the phone for 45 min and told me I have to leave because the store was closing and I could call them back using the wifi from outside the store. I had to start the whole process over with someone new on the phone and the store employees were rude and disrespectful. They seemed to be uninterested in helping me and were very lazy and not knowledgeable about the process of filing a claim. I have been a Sprint turned Tmoblie customer for over 12 years and I am considering switching to Verizon after this horrible experience. read more

Very poor customer service. Worst T mobile location. Very rude staff. Went there to get a replacement Sim card because I bought a new phone and they charges me $20 for it. I had no choice but to pay. When I went home I found out that the sim they sold me was not even activated and I had to drive back to the store. read more

So yesterday my Galaxy 2 died...i mean DEAD...Nothing. so I went to my t-mobile store and told Charles Luckey what happened. He tried to get my phone to work...it wouldn't even turn on, just kept vibrating. He told me he had some bad news. My phone not only died, but it took all my contacts, apps and info with it. WHAT! Now the good news...I was paying $90 a month, they had a better plan, for $60 a month I could get unlimited talk and text and internet, for $70 I could get insurance (like in case this ever happens again) and for $90 He could give me the IPhone 5S for the same price I was paying before my phone died. YES! I always wanted the IPhone, but thought T-mobile didn't cover it (of course it had been 2 years since I last checked that out) So thank you Charles, for your patience, money saving knowledge and fast fingers....I know I'm going to LOVE this phone.... This is my favorite T-Mobile store. It's clean, the sales people are nice and you usually get helped pretty quickly. My husband and I have both been having cell phone issues, so we've been running around to T-Mobile for the past few weeks. The most helpful sales person we've met so far is Stu at this location. He actually genuinely cares about working with you to solve your problems. Call ahead and make sure he's working. He's great! read more

After leaving a scathing review for the horrid, nightmare-inducing Glendale Galleria store, I am delighted to come over here and leave a great one for the Fairfax store. There was an issue with my new phone that I had purchased here. I made the mistake of visiting a couple other stores to replace the phone, and these stores wound up lying to me multiple times and made every excuse not to help me. When I went back to this original store (which I should have done in the first place), they were amazing. To make a long story short, the help, atmosphere, and ideals of this branch are very refreshing. I am only a T-Mobile customer in the sense that my business phone is on their network. I've been in this particular store twice now, and have received great service both times. My first visit was to resolve an email issue my phone was experiencing, which the technician was able to fix in 10 minutes. The second visit was to ask for a box, oddly enough, to ship a phone to our NY office. While this has nothing to do with T-Mobile's services the employee had no commitment to help me, yet still chose to go out of his way to look for a box. Admittedly the store was more or less empty both times, but the staff still provided excellent service. read more

I went a few weeks back on a Saturday around 1:30pm and I waited for like maybe 30 min until I walked out. There was 2 reps at the store, they had a customer each, I get it. Bought a phone from his location less than a month ago I finally used the headphones yesterday and no one can hear me. Called customer care to only be told I had to call apple. Apple charged me 30 dollars for headphones that are suppose to be free. I spoke with a supervisor Theo in expert department who was very rude he basically stated no one could help me he was the only supervisor outside the one who sitting next to him so I wouldn't get any luck which was very unprofessional. Representatives lacked empathy for my money lost or inconvenience. No one seemed to care or try to settle the situation despite it not being my fault. I don't think I've ever written a review on here before but this was probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had. I went in as a Verizon customer and my iPhone 7 was messing up a lot so I wanted to see if it would be easy to switch over. Joshua is the associate that helped me. He had lots of knowledge on the products and plans and made it a super simple process. I traded in my phone and switched over to T-Mobile. I walked out with a new iPhone for $25. Adding to that at first they didn't have the phone I needed in store but Joshua drove to a different t mobile to pick it up. The staff members were very friendly and patient as well. We used to be T-mobile customers. We finally "broke up" with this awful carrier after 4-5 erroneous bills. T-mobile refused to adjust the bills until we had paid for the erroneous charges, WAITED 4 WEEKS, and received the adjustments and refund. Did you know that A) NPR has done 2 segments on John Legere, the CEO, and b) made him out to be a complete buffoon each time? He's a drunk, a schemer, a crook. NPR was wise enough to address all of that. Everyone should know how inept John Legere and his company are. Recently, T-mobile made the news for charging thousands of people for services (like celebrity updates and horoscope readings) for a few bucks a month, some for a year, others for many years. T-mobile has refused to refund any of these people. None of them ever signed up for the fees. read more

Hello, I was a client of T mobile for a year, after that I began to use the services of another company. I closed my account and paid off all my debts. What was my surprise two months after the account was closed, when my credit score fell by 150 points from 790 to 640 points after I turned out to owe $ 154 to T-mobile and they transferred my debt to collectors. I also want to say that T-mobile said when closing my account that I have no debts. When the debt was formed, no one notified me either by phone or by writing to an email or by simply sending a letter to the address. This company has ruined my credit history. I wrote to the CEO and called them, but no one helped me. I paid the $ 154 that I never owed them. But my credit history is ruined thanks to the company T mobile. Be careful with them. Please note that they did it under the conditions of a pandemic and I have read the reviews of many people, they have ruined my credit history for no one. read more

I have come into the store several times to create our business account and to add new lines to the account. I have opted to add some additional services to our account as well. Throughout the whole process, and each time I interacted with the employees, I was greatly impressed with their true professionalism, and caring that they showed for their customers. They were always more than happy to help everyone there. A huge shout out to Jennifer for being so dedicated to helping everyone each time, and to following up with me each time to make sure that T-Mobile was working out exactly as I needed. Richard was very friendly and helpful. He made a stressful situation feel lighthearted and easy. In addition to helping us with the insurance claim, he upgraded our plan and gave us a Personal CallSpot to improve our phone signal in our home. I started using this store after the La Cienega one seemed a little too busy. The folks here are just great. Most of them know me by sight & they're professional, polite, friendly. If one of them has a question about an issue I'm having, they don't hesitate to ask someone else. They always make sure I'm completely happy before I leave the store. I got my newest phone here. That is the only positive thing of the review I have. The reason I have not added any more stars is my recent experience there. I went there for their T-Mobile Tuesday deal. I have been there before and was able to get their free swag within 5 minutes or even less. This time, there was only one person to mind the store. He was busy with another customer. Since the customer and the customer service representative were both Jewish, as this is a predominately Jewish community, I was waiting there for my free swag for 10 minutes before the representative acknowledge my presence and said that he will get to me as soon as he can as he was getting the customer's iPad working. Why didn't he just ask me if he could assist me with the free swag and determine that what I was there for would only take a minute to complete the task? Those 10 minutes could have used to get closer to work. Since I am not Jewish just like his rhythm-less Jewish customer that will never get his own reality show, I guess I was not important enough for him to even say "Hi" to me as I entered the store.
