You know how it gets with a wireless carrier. Sometimes the relationship just isn't the way it used to be. You start to grow apart, and feel like you aren't getting what you put back in. You don't know how to break up with them. "It's not you, it's me" doesn't fit in this situation. You have no idea what to do. Then you meet T-Mobile. And suddenly the breakup doesn't seem too hard. My family and I went in today around 11AM to make the switch. My family was already chatting with Ben, one of their employees, about different phones. We were there until around 3:30PM (I wish I was joking!) trying to hammer out the details. Not only was Ben patient and informative through the whole process, but he put up with our jokes and random bantering back and forth for over four hours. I commend him for that, as my family and I can be very silly when we're all together. He knew the products he was talking about, and he had an answer for every question thrown at him. Ben helped us set up our phones, made calls and quick fixes when problems arose, and made our transfer as easy as possible. At the end of the first hour, I would probably be at the end of my rope if I was doing what he was doing. But he had a smile on his face the entire time. Four and a half hours, just as a reminder. If you want to make a wireless carrier switch, or already are with T-Mobile and want to get a new device, ask for Ben. He did a wonderful job today! read more

THIS STORE ABSOLUTELY SUCKS! Terrible customer service. Waited two hours and the problem wasn't even fixed. All the representatives doesn't know how to do anything and didn't care. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST LIKE THE PLAGUE! Better to call customer service. If there was a zero star option on Yelp, I would give this place that rating but one star is the minimum rating. read more

Terrible customer service!!!! I pay for Apple Care on my phone plan or so I thought, they switched to a third party company and didn't tell me so when I needed to get my phone fixed they told me I would have to open claim myself, I went to the store 3 times and couldn't get it fixed. They are extremely rude, honestly they probably hate working there that's why they are miserable. So do not pay for Apple Care on your phone plan, do it directly with Apple it will be better and cheaper!!! read more

Avoid TMobile at all cost. Was with them for many years and the day I decide to switch ,they stuff me out of 136.05$....this location did not and would not help me resolve the issue ....I used their service for 5 days into my last billing cycle and they will not prorate the days not used. TMobile is good for one thing ....selling you overpriced products ....as soon as you leave the Nashua store or any other ....you're on your own. Buyer Beware! read more

Honestly this place is a rip off. John the manager shouldn't be managing anything. He doesn't have the customers best interest in mind and is rude. We went in to upgrade our kids phones and they screwed us. We got the phones. Never took the phones to trade in and put a "ghost line" on our account that we said we didn't want. We tried to have the issues resolved and were promised countless times they would do whatever it took and never did anything. I've been a customer of sprint for over 10 years and I feel they have gone to crap. I went in to pay off my 2000 to cancel and have my phones unlocked and John was rude and told us they were two hours behind and to go to another store. I would not recommend going there. read more

It all sounds great and after many hours of researching and comparing Cell Carriers I was convinced T Mobile was the one. I went on line and was approved credit wise ~(20 years with Verizon on auto pay) spoke with a rep and was told to go to a store to port my numbers and pick up my S8 actives using there BOGO deal. I went to the store in East Boston on Sunday and they didn't have the phones so Monday I started phoning and found them in Nashua. Spoke with Adriana and then John and then drove the 40 minutes to get them. I was immediately told that my Samsung S4 Mini would not qualify???? It says S4 will but apparently not the mini. I know the employees don't set the rules and it's a tough place to work when the company makes it a job to get these deals BUT ~~ my time is valuable and the 8 hours and wasted time driving to a store only to be told the deal wouldn't work is frustrating. In short THEY ARE ALL THE SAME ~~~SCAMMERS. I bought two phones online outright this morning from Samsung and will activate them with either Straight Talk or Cricket. You don't get anything for nothing and I would NOT sign anything with T Mobile and then wait for them to credit you with a gift card ~~Chances are you won't ever see it. I wanted to cancel my plan since the service was not good at home. I went back to the store (same store where I sign up) to try to cancel. The manager was upset that I want to cancel. She told me that they cannot do any cancelleration in the store so I will have to call customer service instead. This was obviously a lie she just wanted to turn me away. I went to the T-Mobile store today to see if I can get a replacement phone. waited for about 30 minutes or longer for someone to take care of us. there is 4 workers and only one of them was working. then another customer came in and a worker named Pedro took that customer first than us. he knew we were waiting for someone to answer our problem. Terrible experience. Honestly, giving them one star is too much. Last year, I went in to purchase an iPhone 7 matte black. Rocco was the associate who helped me. He noticed that I had an iPhone 5s that was still very new and told me about a promotion that they had going on where they'll take my phone for $400 and that credit could be used toward my new iPhone 7. Before going through, my sister and I asked many questions like if there was a catch or if we had to change our plan. They assured us that it was legit and there was no catch. So I went through with the deal. A couple of months later, my sister notices that our bill is higher than expected and it says that they gave us a credit of only $58. We called the store and spoke to the manager. Turns out, Rocco missed to tell us a huge part of the promotion where we have to upgrade our plan in order to get the $400 credit, EVEN THOUGH WE SPECIFICALLY ASKED IF WE HAVE TO CHANGE OUR PLAN! The upgrade requires us to pay a lot more than we do now. This was really frustrating because I feel like I was played for a sale. I was going to buy the iPhone 7 no matter what. My iPhone 5s was really new and I was planning on giving it to my mom. It really bugs me that they wouldn't accommodate the credit because it was a mistake on their behalf. Moral of the story, don't trust these guys. They'll lie to you just to get a sale from you. read more
