On 4/2026…read moreim in collections for not being specific enough in the cancelation of my account they kept billing me for a watch and a tablet i returned the modem for internet and said cancel my account which they said they had done i only have 1 account number with them they are refusing to credit back the charges for 10/25 till 4/26 even though they know the account and items on the account were never used in the time frame because everything i had on the account is with another carrier as of 10/25 im in COLLECTIONS contacted the resolution team they did not care was the feeling i got was a customer for over 20 yrs started with nextel who became sprint who became t mobile please consider not signing up with t mobile if you can help it Thanks for letting me vent

    My experience here had some positives as well as negatives. Comcast tech support suggested that I…read moretrade in my modem/router for one that would allow me to access the faster bandwidth that I already have. I arrived a little after they opened at 9 am. There was already a line with four people in it and I went to the end of the line. I drove through the rain to get there and the skies were threatening to open up. With no rain gear, I waited an hour to go inside. Many people behind me came and left. People were cursing Comcast over the wait. After I was escorted into the building, the associate who helped me was very nice. With in ten minutes he gave me the equipment I needed and sent me on my way. He also told me that if I ever need to just return equipment, I could take it to the UPS Store and they will pack and ship it for free (no charge to me). That was very helpful since I had one more piece of equipment to return. I got home, followed the instructions, and had everything working within 20 minutes. They have automated the installation so anyone can do it. I was pleased with that even though I do know networking. I have mixed feelings over this experience.
