This TMO store has a car dealership feel. I came here to get a new phone. A sales rep tried to make a fool out of me and sneak in something that I did not ask for, nor she explained before I began to inquire as to what was that $60 extra increase. She tried to sneak in an Accessory Plan without asking or explaining. She just told me "You will pay now this amount per month." When I notices "X" mark on "Basic Accessory Plan," I asked what the hell this is and why am I going to pay $60 per month, even though the phone is advertised as "$20/month for two years." She went on and removed it, lowering the monthly payment by mere $10 (or $20, I don't remember). I asked again why is it so much higher than advertised $20/month. She explained that I have to buy insurance. I asked whether I MUST BUY insurance, she said yes. That is when I told her that I will buy the phone elsewhere and left. PS: Be aware when you go to this place. First, taxes for the phone are paid upfront. Insurance is NOT MANDATORY, and your payment for the phone should not exceed what is advertised. I went to T-Mobile.com website and bought the same phone without ANY ISSUES and it is exactly $20 per month extra. read more

This girl, Jessica she helped me also like the others and when I got my bill at first I thought maybe I got somebody else bill or the address was wrong. But no that was not the case. I say hello where do I check in? And the employee at the counter tells me "that's a good question." Off the bat I know my experience will once again be HORRIBLE. Came into the store wasn't at all acknowledged by the employee who I also witness turn away two customers who spoke Spanish rather then attempt to better accommodate them. I ask a simple question which was answered rather prudish and abruptly as if to shut one up. Instead of trying to make anything right she simply goes thru the list as if she forgot any type of customer service training I don't know if T-Mobile offers that training for employees aside from their customer service contact. Came here a few times to handle some issues with my account and "Will" who works here was WONDERFUL! He is a smart guy who knows what he is talking about. Just make sure you ask to put your name on a waiting list because all T-Mobile locations don't seem to keep track of who is next in line since they are so busy with helping customers - and it can get a little stressful when people try to cut in line and you have to assert your position haha! read more

Since every TMobile store works the same with a waiting list that they go thru your best bet to be efficient would be setting up an appointment to by pass the wait and work with a specific representative to assist you. Helpful team on the Saturday that I was there. Set aside an appropriate amount of time so you wont be rushed. I baught a phone from them a couple of months ago and i have been told that there is a promotion and I can get the free accessories ( car charger, screen protector and case). I have been wanting to leave Sprint for a while now. I have family plan of 5 lines and walking Into other carrier places it felt like they see money signs on our faces. Jhohan and Norair were very helpful, I can't say enough about how happy I am with their customer service. Not only are they friendly, and helpful, they are very charismatic, they are always laughing and smiling and made us feel like family, they both took a their time to do what they could to help me find the most affordable family plan.
